Oh yeah, the Georgia Rhodes v McDonald case where she was sanctioned also had the issue of Orly filing for a stay to Rhodes's deployment without Rhodes's permission, or even knowledge. Yeah, initially a sanction of $10,000, after which Orly (or really her University of Chicago JD alleged inamorata) doubled down with a motion for reconsideration, to which the Judge responded by doubling the sanction amount.

Waking up comfortably, but still groggy. Surgery apparently went fine, and I’ll never need to worry about my appendix again.

FYIO, I’m fine. I’m in an ambulance taking me from a small hospital to a larger one, there to have my appendix taken out. Simple surgery, I’ll be home tomorrow, or even tonight.
