I haven’t properly read all the filings/rulings but seem to remember that tfg’s defence to previous accusations has been that as President he was not a “federal officer”, yet his request for this case to be removed to federal court is based upon the opposite.

I can find no mention of tfg in the article. (I know it has been reported that tfg and Netanyahu spoke mid August).
