USA Today: Donald Trump says he may revoke press credentials for other reporters, not just CNN's Jim Acosta:
Defending his decision to revoke a CNN reporter's White House press pass, President Donald Trump said Friday he may take the same action against other reporters who have questioned his administration.

"It could be others also," Trump told reporters at the White House.

Trump said he pulled the pass of CNN's Jim Acosta because "he's a very unprofessional guy," and he singled out April Ryan of American Urban Radio Networks as another potential target.

"She's very nasty, and she shouldn't be," Trump said.

* * *

Asked if the Acosta decision is permanent, Trump said: "As far as I'm concerned, I haven't made that decision."

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said the decision was made because of the reporter "placing his hands" on a White House employee who was retrieving the microphone from him as he and Trump argued during the news conference.

There's no evidence that happened, and the White House appears to have based its claim on a heavily edited video.

In the video posted by Sanders, Acosta's arm movement is sped up, making his gesture appear more aggressive. The video was earlier shared by the editor of InfoWars, whose founder has pushed conspiracy theories that the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting never occurred.

In his exchange reporters, Trump denied promoting a doctored video.

"Give me a break," he said.
Vox:
“Ah, the taped video of Acosta? What are you talking about?” Trump said. “Nobody manipulated it — give me a break. See, that’s just dishonest reporting. All that is is a close-up. See, that’s just — that is just dishonest reporting.”

“I watched that, I heard that last night,” continued Trump. “They made it close up. They showed it close up. And he was not nice to that young woman. I don’t hold him for that, because it wasn’t overly, you know, horrible. But all that was — when you say ‘doctored,’ you’re a dishonest guy. Because it wasn’t doctored. They gave a close-up view. That’s not doctoring.”

Anyone that does not see this coming is blind
Yeah, and I don't think that's a bad thing. Cut off his air.

No reporting of any thing he says. If he signs something into law, no video, just report what the new law is. No coverage of rallies. No reporting anything Sarah Sanders says.

Start a news broadcast with "The president told a lot more lies today, but here's what really happened."

Stand and fight. Otherwise you will see them banned one-by-one until only Fox, InfoWars, and Gateway Pundit are left.

I feel this should have been the approach from day one, you are absolutely correct.

Aside from the obvious lie, his infantile choice of words is just embarrassing. :brickwallsmall:

I'm kind of surprised he's heard of either, unless they were candidates for hotels.

This article from "The Sydney Morning Herald" may upset a few people but here goes anyway.

"If the US were a developing country, we’d send in international observers to monitor whether the elections were 'fair and free'."

WTF? Is Franco still alive?
Elvis Presley Among Trump’s Selections for Presidential Medal of Freedom
By TED JOHNSON

WASHINGTON — President Trump has selected Elvis Presley as one of seven recipients of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, to be awarded at a White House ceremony on Friday.

The award is the nation’s highest civilian honor, awarded to “individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.” Typically the honorees include a mixture of living and posthumous honorees. This will be Trump’s first Medal of Freedom ceremony since taking office.

The White House, in announcing Presley, noted that he “defined American culture to billions of adoring fans around the world. Elvis fused gospel, country, and rhythm and blues to create a sound all his own, selling more than a billion records. Elvis also served nearly 2 years in the United States Army, humbly accepting the call to serve despite his fame.”

Just watched some of the Paris ceremony... Macron minced no words about nationalism, and Trump in the audience looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there..

Every picture of Thump I see with him seated with another dignitary shows him posed in that odd position with him stooped forward and his knees apart hands and fingers in that odd V position. Does he realize how moronic he looks?

Just heard that #45 will meet with Putin on Veteran's Day after snubbing WWI honored vets.

Not that I wasn't done BEFORE this weekend, but it just bears noting: I'M DONE!!!
