Joshy's Daddy posted today that he hadn't heard from Joshy since he turned himself in. He has since deleted that post - IDK why. Another stupid auditor/cop watcher says that Joshy is a POW. Joshy doesn't show up on Vinelink (other than is house arrest on the state charges) so I guess he is either in a holding cell at the fed facility in LV or is in Pahrump which also doesn't show up on VL.

It's still impossible to understand, why would these people would post these humiliating videos of themselves? Sure qualifies as "overall fool".
In this hearing, they say his Dad's name is Felix, they play a jailhouse call. On a call that clearly says the call may be recorded or monitored, Joshy tells Felix, "If they found the gun then then then I'm going to prison."
Doesn't show the end of the hearing or what happened to him.

19 days I was sentenced to probation, I went to the Division of Parole and Probation for my visit. I was arrested at the meeting and “escorted to my house so they could conduct a search. THE SAME DAY I SIGNED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTRACT. Now you all know why District Attorney Michael Dickerson agreed you probation: he knew Detective Kenneth Mead with LVMPD, Anti- Terrorist unit would help P&P violate me for anything and place me in a revocation hearing. Please watch. You can definitely see the intent to arrest me.
Violation: 1) Association with felons. James Freeman is not a felon. “Amber Martinez is a friend of my sisters and was not at the house when I left to my appointment with P&P. How can I know she’s a felon when I don’t associate with her.
Violation: 2) Four straggler rounds that I didn’t know were in my drawer. That was a correctable issue and they could’ve thrown them out but they had intent to arrest me.
Violation: 3) Small pink child’s bat by the door. It was a child’s bat, and I have kids. This is another “issue” that could’ve been addressed and handled without an arrest.
Violation: 4) “Green Leafy substance” was not marijuana and I told the officers this the day of the search. I suggested they test it. One officer came in with a test kit but never tested the substance. They still falsely identified it as marijuana.
Violation: 4) Knives in the garage. The knives didn’t belong to me. They belonged to my brother and he told them he was taking them out of the house. They were Camping/fishing knives. We had knives in the kitchen that could cause more damage.
Violation: 5) “Synthetic Urine” I do not own any synthetic urine. I took a drug test and passed it the same day I was arrested. Anyone who has been in the system knows you cannot pass a test with synthetic urine because they monitor the person. They make you zip down and watch you relieve your bladder. They watch it exit your body!! I would never try and pull something like that.
Yeah - during the Bundy LV trial #FatRambo and Joshy hated each other. I don't remember why. They threatened to fight each other IIRC. I think Karl thought Joshy was pretending wrong but don't remember for sure. And yeah - Joshy got busted for fake urine while on probation back in the day. Also Dickerson and Mead in your post above are the ones Joshy was allegedly stalking and harassing in his current NV charges.
In 2009 Joshy was charged with murder and a bunch of other stuff. Ended up taking a plea deal where all the felonies were dropped and he pled guilty to gross misdemeanor of firing a firearm out of a vehicle. He said in some old SM posts that he used to be a gang banger and talked about how scared he was when he got charged with murder. I don't know the details of the back story. He would have been 20 or 21 then. Got sentenced to 26 months but that is how much time he had already spent in jail between his arrest and case conclusion so was released after court accepted the plea deal.

I read every post on the forum, or damn close. Sometimes I skim the really long ones. When I find a mistake like scirreeve made, I just fix it. All you need to tell me is what it should be. I fixed the title and did some cleanup.

Is that right? Maybe I misread the posts, I thought he was trying to separate Joshua from the run-of-the-mill 1A auditors, because he's so focused on guns. If I messed that up, Scirreeve or I can fix it.
As for the Josh - Karl dislike. Every group has it's blowhard weirdos, even the weirdo groups. Karl is the Poot one. Most folks just roll their eyes at them knowing they are nothing but hot air. The Bundys from time to time have used him when it benefits them. Let Karl feel important and get what they need. It is tossing a bone to their little puppy dog who constantly follows them.
Not everybody has received the gift of temperance in what they say. Josh appears to be one of them, as does Mr. Pootymouth. They both see right through Karl and are not one to hold back their opinion of how they see things (I have not seen this directly from Josh as we have from Nathen, but I suspect it is there). Josh and Nathen are also much tougher than runaway Karl which is probably a threat to him.
Yes, citizen, but Cap'n Karl tells way more interesting lies about all the people he imagines he beat up. He has raised bragging about fairy tales to an art form.

Because there's no $ out of my pocket, I went ahead and used $.50 of my waived fees since it's almost the end of the billing quarter and I have lots of unused credits left.
