Is it just me or does that line about collecting Dem votes "one dead stiff at a time" feel a bit on the threaty side?

Has anything happened with the charges she was supposed to be filing to have Dominion machines seized?

Wait wait wait! Story link: https://www.cpr.org/2022/08/04/tina-pet ... t-results/
If Tina will keep paying for recounts, paying $19K a vote, making up those 88K votes would put a lot of money into Colorado's coffers. They can use it to pay for her prosecutions. Thanks, Tina. #WINNINGOrlyLicious @Orly_licious 5h
We owe #TinaPeters an apology. She grifted her marks for $250K & gained FOUR new votes in #CORecount: $62,500 a vote. Turns out Tina Peters gained THIRTEEN votes! So only $19,230.69 a vote. Now it makes sense. Pay to count them again, Tina! #copolitics

Luckily, some Republicans, like the ones on the Mesa County board (ad Maricopa for that matter) are sticking up to folks like Tina. Sadly, they end up being called RINOs and liberals just for demanding ethics.

Daily Sentinel: Deputy clerk to enter into plea agreement, testify against Tina Peters:
"For completeness":
Well, someone's" adventure" got smaller while someone else's just got bigger.Belinda Knisley, the sidelined deputy under Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, is to enter into a plea agreement with prosecutors later today that will keep her out of prison in exchange for testifying against Peters and other co-conspirators in her case, according to documents filed with the court this morning.
Under the deal, which Knisley has signed, the deputy clerk is to fully cooperate with state and federal prosecutors in any pending or future cases against Peters, her now fired elections manager, Sandra Brown and anyone else who may be charged in relation to the case.
* * *
In exchange for her future testimony in any possible grand jury investigation or court trial, Knisley is to plead guilty to three misdemeanor charges of trespass, official misconduct and violation of duty. For that, she is to be placed on probation for two years.
Currently, Knisley faces numerous charges in two separate cases. The first is for second-degree felony burglary and misdemeanor cybercrime, which together come with a maximum sentence of 7 years in jail and $501,000 in fines.
Knisley, who has long been placed on unpaid administrative leave, also faces three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, a class 4 felony; one count of conspiracy to commit attempting to influence a public servant, a class 5 felony; violation of duty, a misdemeanor; and failing to comply with the secretary of state, a misdemeanor.
If convicted on all those charges, and if they run consecutively, Knisley could see a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison and $2 million in fines.
Under the agreement, if Knisley reneges on the deal, all of those charges are to be re-instated.
"For completeness":
Peters meanwhile, is facing charges of three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, class 4 felonies; two counts of conspiracy to commit attempting to influence a public servant, class 5 felonies; criminal impersonation, a class 6 felony, conspiracy to commit impersonation, a class 6 felony; identity theft, a class 4 felony; first-degree official misconduct, a class 2 misdemeanor; violation of duty, a misdemeanor; and failing to comply with the secretary of state, a misdemeanor.
If convicted on all charges, and if they run consecutively, Peters faces a maximum penalty of 28 years in jail and $2.7 million in fines.
* * *
Brown is facing two felony charges of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation and attempting to influence a public servant, which together come with a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison and a $600,000 fine.

Channel 9 has more detail and the actual plea agreement is at this link: https://www.9news.com/article/news/crim ... 64c12796da
Tina had better be going away, Judge Barrett has been incredibly lenient with these criminals.She admitted her roles during the hearing but maintained she was "directed" by Peters to do what she did. That caused Judge Matthew Barrett to question whether Knisley was really taking responsibility for actions and gave him reservations about the deal which called for no incarceration. He made it clear he felt her crimes warranted time behind bars, but ultimately he accepted the deal, but warned Knisely that should she ever come before him in court again he wouldn't be as lenient.

Brava, June Bug & P0rtia! Tina should use these in her grift anthems before going to The Big Dollhouse!
Here's Harvey & the cast of Hairspray from 2002 -- camera in the audience so not great quality but Harvey is hilarious. Tina could definitely play Edna... or the prison matron if she's there long enough and gets promoted.
If you don't know the tune, here is the original cast recording with subtitles.

Gregg, you might want to sit down for this -- your pal Doug Frank's phone was seized by two FBI agents. Hope there aren't too many of your, Lt Biscuit and Lt Col Root Beer's messages on his phone!
Maybe Foggy will call a day of mourning and anger and change Fogbow's background to black. Will look at Telegram later but if anybody has it and wants to see some first-class wailing and moaning, please post it Here Gregg, these are for you.

BREAKING: Per Doug Frank’s telegram, his phone was seized by two FBI agents today. This was likely due to Frank’s role in organizing the Mesa County, CO election breach.

That's great news! It's about time Doug Frank, "The Professor" and the other insurrection supporters/grifters go through some things. Thanks for the update, hadn't seen it anywhere else. Will post it over at The Fogbow (our messages boards going since 2009 and #Birthers).

As the FBI puts election officials on high alert, Colorado right-wing media personalities are pushing violent rhetoric
Joe Oltmann, Tina Peters, and Sherronna Bishop push dangerous conspiracy theories that could make threats to election workers more likely

The FBI has put Colorado on heightened alert for threats against poll workers and other election officials, as right-wing media personalities in the state continue to push violent rhetoric and false narratives about voter fraud ahead of the upcoming midterms. Colorado is “one of the top states for threats to poll workers” according to the FBI and Department of Homeland Security, as reported by Axios’ John Frank.
Peters, an election official charged with 10 counts of illegally breaching voting equipment and data, is joined in the Colorado election denialist scene by Joe Oltmann, a right-wing podcaster, and Sherronna Bishop, a close associate of Peters and another prominent election denier in the state.
Peters also pursued an ultimately futile recount effort in her attempt to win the 2022 Republican primary for secretary of state. The recount netted her 13 more votes, and her subsequent challenge was thrown out by a judge. Yet despite this failed effort and the lack of evidence to support any of the denialists’ key claims about the 2020 election, their debunked theories have taken hold among conservative activists across the state.
Now, “county clerks are reporting an increased number of election deniers applying for positions as poll watchers and election judges, giving them access to sensitive areas that could interfere with voting or ballot processing,” Frank writes.
“In Weld County, just north of Denver, all 35 poll watchers from the June primary were affiliated with election denial organizations,” Frank reported on a recent Axios podcast.;
A recent error by the Colorado secretary of state’s office mistakenly sent promotional material about registering to vote to around 30,000 non-citizens, a mistake that didn’t compromise voting rolls but which has nonetheless been used by Peters and other election denialists to argue that voter fraud is endemic.

Mesa County Colorado - Belinda and Tina's big adventure
https://apnews.com/article/2022-midterm ... 77893790d1DENVER (AP) — A former elections manager who prosecutors say assisted in a security breach of voting equipment in a Colorado county pleaded guilty on Wednesday under a plea agreement that requires her to testify against her former boss.
Sandra Brown is one of two employees accused of helping Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters allow a copy of a hard drive to be made during an update of election equipment last year in search of proof of the false conspiracy theories spun by former President Donald Trump.
Brown, 45, pleaded guilty to attempting to influence a public servant, a felony, and official misconduct, a misdemeanor, but will not be sentenced until right after she testifies at Peters’ trial next year so her performance on the witness stand can be considered.
