Kenny feels SILLY because he accidentally recorded himself doing his business. No word on whether #1 or #2. His fine is $115, not $150 but I think Kenny wears hearing aids so whatever. Of course the next court date and the fine are available on line. I'm guessing Kenny doesn't know that.
Kenneth W Medenbach is feeling silly.

Well I showed up at the Deschutes County Courthouse yesterday morning, for my State of Jefferson license plate issue, got checked in, then went into the courtroom and waited. I was the third to be heard. When the judge called my name, I walked to the front. He said the fine would be $150. He asked, "how do you plea", I said "not guilty". I then filled out some papers, the clerk said she will mail me a trial date.
I live streamed the whole thing, but forgot to shut it off when I went to the bathroom. I'm working on editing it.

Because the nameless masses are in an agony of anticipation over seeing your court date?

It'd take me 10 seconds to edit it. I wouldn't need to "work" on it.

Then I don't live stream everything because no one cares.

It was vacated because he died pending appeal, right? Not because he was innocent.
Yes, it was hardly a 'vindication
Robertson's lawyer took time out of his bizzy schedule to tweet a citation to this 40-year-old SCOTUS case, in which it dismissed a pending cert. petition (instead of granting and vacating, like it did in Robertson's case) from someone who had died with a pending case. (Dismissing a cert. petition would leave the underlying conviction in place.)

Robertson's reply brief in SCOTUS argued the case wasn't moot because Robertson had been fined $130k, which had been converted to a lien on his property. So it requested to substitute in the widow (to fight the conviction, including the fine), or, in the alternative, vacate the conviction to make the lien go away.

So SCOTUS took the easy path and vacated, to help the lien go away. Just as requested. If SCOTUS wanted, it could have taken other steps to ensure the case remained alive.

If anything, this is further proof that SCOTUS didn't have any problems with the conviction; it granted the widow's request simply so she wouldn't be burdened by his lien.

What did she do? Rear-end a semi or other high sitting truck? Was the parking violation sticker there before or after the crash?

My interpretation is that you shouldn't have to have a license, insurance, etc., if you drive impaired and have been in only a couple of wrecks. No harm, no foul, right? But going to jail isn't so bad because free food.

Belonging to the Bundy cult doesn't seem to have improved her lifestyle.

"I drove blacked out almost every single night of my life"

certainly not a selling point I'd use in court.

I can’t understand how you could continue to live like this without wanting change.

Though she runs around with the "you're not the boss of me" approach, part of her probably yearns for the structure of prison life. She does not have to structure her life to get by. In jail she knows her place and can turn off some of the "not boss of me" and follow the guards instructions so she is free of the stress of everyday life outside of that world.

Bundy cult victim Joe Slider posted this to his FB page.

Go for it, poots! Don’t forget to livestream it.

I’m envious of the amount of free time these idiots seem to have.
