So Melania was very cheeky to wear the drapes dress. It looked like golden showers from more than one angle.

I'm with Suranis. He did it on purpose like he's done it before. Once he realized he was crowding her into the one file of guards, he could have moved over and opened up some room. Nope, just kept crowding her.MN-Skeptic wrote: ↑Fri Jul 13, 2018 4:06 pmTrump is like a june bug, just bumbling around. He doesn't seem to be aware of the people around him. Geez.

Someone tweeted how Trump got to "inspect the military" (the guards, I guess), but Obama didn't, and that QEII LOVED the Trumps but couldn't stand the Obamas, evident from her being all smiles today. Many people pointed out the Obamas had less time because they'd been invited to spend the night, and there are dozens of photos of QEII looking very happy to meet Barack and Michelle. Alternative realities, indeed.

Yes, no matter how you feel about the royals or QEII specifically, it's disrespectful and rude to make a 90something-year-old woman wait for you.AndyinPA wrote: ↑Fri Jul 13, 2018 9:03 pmI also heard that he kept the queen waiting. I'm not that crazy about royalty, but there is such a thing as respect. He was deliberately rude. I'm glad she only gave him a little bit of time.Suranis wrote: ↑Fri Jul 13, 2018 4:45 pmDid anyone mention that he left her waiting there for 15 minutes as the idiot was late? No wonder he got the handshake and door treatment.
And I'm sorry that stanfing in front of her was deliberate. He was looking around at everyont with a big smug grin on his face "I just pissed on the Queenie muhuhuhuhuhuhuh!!"
The Twitter says she looked at her watch twice.
And that she wore Democratic blue.

Spot on!!! The ONLY thing he pays attention to is himself and the moment, I think that also too that has always been the case.TollandRCR wrote: ↑Fri Jul 13, 2018 12:44 pmI do not think that Trump has a large ego (high self esteem). I think he has a fragile ego, one that can easily be damaged if he must admit an error. He knows that he is inferior to most. He has to insulate himself from the facts because he makes so many errors.
I also think that he has limited memory of his immediate past. This may be dementia, or it simply could be that he pays no attention to his life. That would help with his ego deficiency.

Ya know, I'm just a transmission mechanic from Argillite Kentucky, but if I were a Billionaire (so he says) and President of the United States, I think I could manage to wear a suit that fit me well enough that I could actually button the jacket.
That suit would git Melanwhatz better than it does him, did he buy it when he was 30, or what?

I did not realize that the Queen is now so small.
Trump shows his contempt for the Queen in hs inability to walk half a step behind her. He has contempt for all of the world. That is because of his feelings of inferiority.
Trump’s inferiority complex is well justified.

Gregg, are those wrinkles in the front of his trousers common? You’d think someone would have brought a suit in wrinkle-free fabric for the Larded One.

In the video, you can also see that the right side of his coat jacket is quite rumpled toward the bottom. I guess there is no longer Hope of steaming so he appears presentable?

The suit is ill fitting primarily because it is made for a guy who weighs 239 lbs.

Perhaps it's from his own family's range of awful, over-priced products? Did anyone notice a Made in China label?

Panicked Donald Trump forced to run for cover surrounded by secret service agents as paraglider protester flies around Scottish golf course

The paraglider carried a banner bearing the message 'Trump: Well Below Par' over the Turnberry course.
It flew three miles across the Ayrshire countryside at 9.30pm – minutes after Trump arrived at the course - before circling the lawn in front of the hotel where the US President is staying for the weekend, the Daily Record reports.
Footage shows Secret Service officers notice the paraglider and walk towards the President.
The 72-year-old then turns and walks away, bursting into trot as he disappears out of view.

Ha. The Court Circular for yesterday relegates #TrumpUKVisit to a footnote, after meetings with Duchy of Lancaster officials.

I hope that's real. I'm not seeing it on the Court Circular site, but I could be missing something.

Not too familiar with men's suits and how they're supposed to fit, but is that a proper fit? Is there no one to press them now that Hope is gone?

Well, for one thing the idea of a suit is it's supposed to be buttoned most of the time . . .Kendra wrote: ↑Sat Jul 14, 2018 8:15 amhttps://www.townandcountrymag.com/socie ... ng-photos/
