The FAA has for some reason issued me an Airframe & Powerplant certificate today....

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Stark never looked to getting FAA approval, after all the FAA forbids civilian aircraft from having armaments...

So this evening I got a call from my old lead, the guy who taught me much of what I know, the reason I stuck with this industry rather than heading back into dealing, and is the reason I have an A&P certificate today. Today he's a Rep for an airline, and he told me that two Reps have quit and the airline may be looking to replace one, and he's going to put my name forward. Nothing's even penciled in yet, just perhaps the door has been cracked open.

The downside is: The assignment in in Canada, Quebec City to be exact and I have a DUI back in 2005.

I have no problem with Canada, it's just the hoops I'll have to jump through to enter due to my ancient DUI convection...in Canada a DUI can be charged as a felony...

Yes. I understand that Canada will not admit Americans who have DUIs unless they obtain a waiver. I understand that the process can be a bit tricky.
