So my signature for now is Out from under, because it has been a year yesterday since the Grand Opening of My Right Shoulder, and it was a year of hell, dislocations galore, four major surgeries and two other hospitalizations, and too much physical therapy.

But I told them to discharge me from PT on Wednesday, and they did. So I am now Out from under surgery, and Out from under post-surgical treatment, and Out from under physical therapy, and I have a plan, and the plan is to live my life. I don't want any surgeries this year. :biggrin:

And put on some weight, I was 5' 11" and 153.8 lbs. on this glorious March morn, and my stamina is nonexistent. I walked 1.5 miles with ol' Wifehorn yesterday and I was wrecked for the next 6 hours. I'm working on it. We'll walk in 25 minutes.

Out from under feels good. Now I gotta get Out front. :thumbsup:

Yeah, I wake up in the morning and I don't have a pain level.

A thousand times last year I was asked, "What's your pain level?" and the answer was never zero. Now I need a nurse to come wake me up someday soon (ol' Wifehorn will open the door) and she'll say, "What's your pain level?" and I'm gonna be all like "ZERO, NURSIE, WHADDYA THINK ABOUT THAT? WOO HOO!"

Or sumpin' like that. :oopsy:

Yea for you.

But I hate that question. Nobody never bothered to calibrate my internal pain meter with the 0 to 10 scale.
