Dallas PD ain’t messing around, apparently.
My wife is being ordered to take daily breathalyzer tests and a tracking device placed in her car, a clear violation of due process.
The intoxylock is pretty standard, even here, while waiting for trial and often as part of the sentence. I don't really think this is anything out of the ordinary, but I could be wrong.
ETA: I'm assuming the "tracking device" is actually the ignition interlock device.

It would be nice if every black person who was wrongfully accused of a crime had their attorney's statement of innocence given national media attention.
why reject injecting vaccines but accept other stuff like monoclonal antibodies that are also produced with science knowlege?
What are monoclonal antibodies?
Our bodies naturally make antibodies to fight infections. However, if you haven’t received the COVID-19 vaccine or had a previous COVID-19 infection, your body will not have antibodies designed to recognize a new virus like SARS-CoV-2. “Monoclonal antibodies are laboratory-made proteins that mimic the body’s immune system to fight off COVID-19 infection,” says Spivak. These antibodies are given to people directly through an intravenous (IV) infusion.
That was quick! West is now on sorryantivaxxers due to popular demand. Some of the posters, like some fogbowsers, are warning that you can't believe a word out of his mouth.
PLANO, Texas (AP) — Tea party firebrand Allen West, a candidate for the Republican nomination for governor of Texas, was hospitalized with COVID-19 on Sunday but said he’s “doing great.”
“No complaints. I’m just relaxing,” West told The Associated Press during a brief phone interview from a hospital in the Dallas suburb of Plano. He said he got a good night’s rest and was awaiting the results of an early morning chest X-ray.
West said on Twitter Sunday that, if elected governor, he would “vehemently crush anyone forcing vaccine mandates” in Texas.
Hospitalized but doing great? Too bad others are being sent home because of shortages of staff and beds while his fat ass lays up in the hospital taking up both.
Back to rootin' and shootin', I guess he's feeling better.
