Matt Braynard is a DL2XIT data troll who grifted over $100K on his ridiculous fantasies. Dominion isn't having it. Matt posted the correspondence. He works with troll Harmeet Dillon, a Hannity fav.

Fielder's sketchy grifting case was bounced for standing, judge didn't need to get to the rest. This was the ridiculous class action that he's still grifting on. Appealed to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Patrick Byrne & others are still pumping the grift on this on Telegrams and elsewhere raising donations.

This ruling is outstanding. It really lays out the issues with standing, and takes the reader through the 2020 election lawsuits explaining why they were all dismissed. There are definitely parts to save to explain to election truthers and birthers why they fail.

Lindell just announced it at his event... Dominion sues OAN, Chanel Rion, Christina Bobb, Patrick Byrne, Newsmax

Dominion sues right-wing OAN and pair of Trump-loving reporters for spreading 'manufactured stories about election fraud'
Travis Gettys
August 10, 2021

Dominion Voting Systems has filed new defamation lawsuits against One America News and two of its on-air broadcasters for spreading "lies" about the November 2020 election. The voting machine company has sued Donald Trump's former attorneys, Fox News and Newsmax, and it filed a long-awaited suit against the right-wing OAN and reporters Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb, along with former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne, seeking more than $1.6 billion in damages.

"During and after the November 2020 election, OAN saw a business opportunity," the suit alleges. "Spurred by a quest for profits and viewers, OAN — a competitor to media giant Fox — engaged in a race to the bottom with Fox and other outlets such as Newsmax to spread false and manufactured stories about election fraud. Dominion quickly became the focus of this downward spiral of lies, as each broadcaster attempted to outdo the others by making the lies more outrageous, spreading them further, and endorsing them as strongly as possible."
The company accused Byrne of repeatedly and falsely claiming that Dominion rigged the vote counts to steal the election for President Joe Biden, and blamed Newsmax and the former tech CEO of spinning conspiracy theories that triggered an ongoing "audit" in Arizona.

"Newsmax helped create and cultivate an alternate reality where up is down, pigs have wings, and Dominion engaged in a colossal fraud to steal the presidency from Donald Trump by rigging the vote," the suit alleges.

The lawsuit notes that Newsmax employees were aware the election claims were false -- even describing some of them as "insane" -- and would likely result in legal complaints.

Newsmax reacts to Dominion lawsuit: "Newsmax simply reported on allegations made by well-known public figures, including the President, his advisors and members of Congress — Dominion’s action today is a clear attempt to squelch such reporting and undermine a free press."

A link to that article still exists on the home page of Vice, but you get a 404 error when you click on the link.

Edit - I take that back. I only get the 404 error with Firefox. Probably because I have an ad blocker running.

The Byrne lawsuit: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap ... 16.1.0.pdf
I'll include the first paragraph for giggles:
After blowing up his career at Overstock by having an affair with a Russian spy,
Patrick Byrne soon found himself a new pet project: promoting the false narrative that the 2020
election had been stolen. In fact, as Byrne has publicly admitted, he had already committed to that
narrative three months before the election took place. After the election, Byrne manufactured and
promoted fake evidence to convince the world that the 2020 election had been stolen as part of a
massive international conspiracy among China, Venezuelan and Spanish companies, the
Department of Justice (“DOJ”), the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), prominent Republicans, Chief Justice John Roberts, and
Dominion, which, Byrne falsely claimed, committed fraud and helped steal the 2020 presidential
election.

OAN math expert in the Dominion suit
Hilarious!

"Ed Solomon was portrayed by OAN on its network as an alleged “expert mathematician.” In reality, however, he is a convicted felon who, at the time he was interviewed by OAN, was working as an “installer” at a swing set construction company in Long Island. "

Sorry if this isn't the right thread, it's the only Dominion lawsuit thread I could find.

A bunch of defendants' motions to dismiss denied in the Sidney Powell, Rudy, and Mike Lindell defamation case.

Golly... Squidles, Rudy, and PillowDude should be jumping for joy. DIscovery is a perfect time to bring out all that evidence that will prove the claims they have been making all this time. They can also force Dominion to show how they are controlled by Venezuala, or Peru, or Martinique, or Monoco, or somewhere.

Oh dear.. will the former guy get mad at his appointee for this? Probably not. The trio are nothing to TFG now.

U.S. Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neuriter ordered Ernest Walker and Gary D. Fielder to pay the attorney fees and expenses for the defendants in their lawsuit, which included state leadership from Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia; Facebook and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan and voting machine company Dominion Voting Systems.

The litigation, filed in December 2020 and dismissed in April, was a purported class-action lawsuit filed “on behalf of all American registered voters” that made wide-ranging claims of election fraud and sought damages of $1,000 per voter—adding up to $160 billion, which the judge noted is “greater than the annual GDP of Hungary.”

Neuriter said sanctions were warranted in the case because Walker and Fielder “did not conduct a reasonable inquiry into” whether their fraud claims were actually true, describing the lawsuit as “litigation by ‘cut-and-paste’” as the attorneys included fraud allegations from other post-election lawsuits in their complaint without speaking to the lawyers who filed those lawsuits or looking further into their claims.

The judge also awarded sanctions based on the plaintiffs’ basic legal mistakes, writing it “should have been as obvious to Plaintiffs’ counsel as it would be to a first-year civil procedure student” that state officials in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia couldn’t have been sued in Colorado for elections in their states.

Someone who got their feelings hurt because Dominion's Complaint against Powell said that they were "wholly unreliable" have sued Dominion.

No cows were sued for venue purposes.
WokeMeansYouLoseHat
@Popehat
If I'm reading this right this latest lunatic -- one of Powell's purported experts -- has sued Dominion for statements they made about her in their lawsuit against Powell by referring to her in the complaint as "wholly unreliable." That is not a thing./1

$3.4 Billion PLUS attorney fees.

I wonder what hourly rate the pettifogger who filed this thinks he’s worth.

So, ignoring litigation privilege like the "lawyer" did, he is still taking statements from a case in Arizona (or DC, I am not entirely sure which) and the act of filing a lawsuit and, in turn, is filing for a plaintiff in Ohio a defamation case in, Tennessee.

This crazy attorneys are getting wilder. GIL needs to up his game. Suing Fitton for something Roger Stone said is bush league stuff now.

About the attorney. Among his accomplishments
Drafted, argued and won Motion for Summary Judgment in a premises liability dog bite case filed against a HOA management company involving a Pit Bull named King.
Oh goody. I missed having dog bite attorneys.
