At the ranch and Malheur, he had some reasonably competent organizers and leaders among his group. He screwed a a bunch of them over after the arrests by watching out for himself only and not supporting the others.

He no longer has followers with the talent and willing to take the same risks for him as before.

I agree. I don't think he will personally resort to violence. I'm sure he is trying to get others to come on board, but in some ways he sounds resigned to the fact that his 15 minutes of fame are over and he is no longer able to gather the troops with the guns to his cause. He'll be damned if he's going to risk his own neck. I bet he doesn't even carry a sidearm or rifle these days lest he run into a lawman ready to take him in. Which of course, he won't.

Those out of country whitnesse, has Diego made travel plans for them to appear in court in the US? If not, has he made plans that the local embassy will set up a room for them to appear via Zoom, cause they need to formally be on US soil for that?

So I go to read this law suit for the first time and I do have now one question. Diego lists a number of people and institutions as defendants. Then further down he starts off with Count One and following.

Question: is he programmed to fail from the start when he makes statements like "Defendants did this or that" while ommitting any name or reference to who he thinks has done him wrong. How can any of the listed defendants consider themselves charged with a wrongdoing? I guess many or most can just say "my name is not mentioned in the charges, please dismiss". Or does each defendant have to work their way thru the statements and claim "does not apply to me"?

A little update on diego's case. It was transferred to Idaho yesterday and today he filed to receive electronic notifications because snail mail is slow and he'll be travelling a lot.

I predict the defendants will slowly be whittled down to none and the case will be dismissed. And because diego isn't as smart as he thinks he is and should have hired a competent attorney.
