I couldn't find the "happy" thread, so putting this here. This is old, but it still warms the heart every time I look at it. I will seek it out whenever I need a feel good boost. The birth of a baby Orangutan. This was the first time it was ever captured on video and the staff was watching it live. The mother was thought to be infertile, then, she got pregnant. She knew exactly what to do and after cleaning the baby she brought it over to the area where she interacts with staff so she could show them the baby.
