Santa refused waiving extradition so he is going to D.C. court at 1:30pm (wherever he falls on the docket for the afternoon).

Oreo says the leadership of 1776 bowel movement have retained a Civil Rights Attorney. Unsure if that is for Santa specifically or generally for the various lines the convoy likes to step-over.

Let's hope is is not granted bail and Maryland takes all alloted time to get the paperwork done to have him transfered.

D.C. judge released him w/o bail. But, with a fugitive from justice charge. He needs to turn himself in to Maryland or else another warrant will be issued by D.C. judge on that charge.
