He suggests that DJTJ, Ivanka and the Dotard should just be hauled before the Grand Jury where they will testify and get immunity. The Judge seems skeptical.

Judge asks why the miscreants can't just plead the Fifth in the civil case. Fuetefas (sp? sorry) is citing all kinds of cases that are scattered to argue against this. Again, Judge doesn't seem persuaded.

After citing multiple cases claiming Tish James is acting improperly, Fuertefas now says he can't find any case like this. Lol.
AF is arguing Tish should have to file all kinds of affidavits about her contacts with the DA. Judge asks "Aren't you the pot calling the kettle black? Have your clients filed any affidavits?" AF says "No, I signed the pleading, my affirmation is good enough." Judge asks if AF has actual knowledge of all of the facts [Hello Mazars!}. AF claims he does. Sounds like he's made himself a witness.

Now the chick representing Trump is arguing. No idea what she's saying that's different from AF's arguments. Judge is familiar with the cases she's arguing, he's not persuaded. Continuing the full frontal assault on Tish James. Citing their 81 pages of comments by Tish. Arguing prosecutorial misconduct. Accusing the AG of trying to "misdirect" from the issues. Judge points to Tish James' First Amendment rights while she was running for office.

Fischetti says he can't advise Trump to take the Fifth in a civil deposition because it will be all over the newspapers and implies Trump won't plead the Fifth anyway.

Judge says he "usually" will grant a stay of his decisions for appellate review but not saying he's going to do that here. Fischetti is asked why he was yelling about Trump being the former president, Judge says he's planning to treat Trump as a regular citizen. Chick now arguing her selective prosecution argument but calls it "viewpoint prosecution."

Habba says James would not be investigating if TFG et al were not who they are; it's all about James' political agenda.
Again Habba knows how to make a point, but as with Futerfas earlier, she seems to ignore the fact that she is repeating herself. They've already moved on to "time for an appeal" and she's back at "this case is unconstitutional."
