My wife is being ordered to take daily breathalyzer tests and a tracking device placed in her car, a clear violation of due process.
The intoxylock is pretty standard, even here, while waiting for trial and often as part of the sentence. I don't really think this is anything out of the ordinary, but I could be wrong.
ETA: I'm assuming the "tracking device" is actually the ignition interlock device.

What makes you sure the Dallas County DA is a Republican? The major cities in Texas are pretty much all blue.

In horses, it is NEVER to be injected unless done by a veterinarian. It's given orally, syringed onto the base of the tongue.

“No complaints. I’m just relaxing,” West told The Associated Press during a brief phone interview from a hospital in the Dallas suburb of Plano. He said he got a good night’s rest and was awaiting the results of an early morning chest X-ray.
West said on Twitter Sunday that, if elected governor, he would “vehemently crush anyone forcing vaccine mandates” in Texas.
