New member!

I'm certain he's there strictly to deal with 1776. He's not there to protest the gov.

Police said they have to get a warrant to fully investigate this event. I think 1776 has stopped allowing police into the camp area of the parking lot.

Chrystal was caught on tape brandishing a gun yesterday. Suicide Squad asked the police to investigate that incident. Unless she's a felon, she can have a gun.

But they're all felons.

I hope he loses his CDL permanently and his rig gets repossessed.

I'm not in a generous mood.

There is one of those stores in South Lebanon, which is technically where I live when I'm in Ohio.

Can I be just an ass for a moment --- he claimed to be in Kabul, Afghanistan. This dude is near my age and 2008=09 was not that long ago. We don't deploy outa shape men nor women. This dude has been on the McDs drive through menu for a long time.

Am I being a mean person again?

I keep seeing the signs on that place as "Free Grift."

The Faith Not Fear sign blew up another hundred irony meters. These folks are in perpetual fear. Their obsession with guns, and with the left for that matter, show their terrible fear. This dude is also fearful that blacks will take away his privilege (as seen in all the stars and bars).

Oh yeah, obstreperous idolatry.

What store? I thought that was a house. I'm so confused. But no matter what all that is for or says, it's an eyesore.

N10 is right about the over the top fear factor with these folks. What a way to live, constantly thinking someone is out to get you so you MUST BE ARMED to protect yourself.

I wonder if that statute refers to fixed installed durable signs like advertisments and directions to businesses. Temporary flyers attached like shown will likely fall under 1st Amendment, even when attached to foreign property like electric or phone poles.

I would think that is right. Is it any different that nailing up flyers searching for a lost dog? No one would bitch about that.

Well actually the pole-lineman who was climbing the damn pole might bitch a bit if his gafs hit a nail head or he burned one and snagged it in passing. Of course these days everyone rides the bucket so mostly not an issue.

To be clear: there's no First Amendment right in the United States to advertise your event, solicit help to find a lost animal, troll these morans, etc., by posting a sign on public property (or on private property without the owner's consent).

Non-enforcement of post-no-bills ordinances is just a triage of limited resources. (But selective enforcement by a government in theory could implicate the First Amendment.)

You are buzz-kill sometimes -- but I appreciate your legalese knowledge.

In return, here is more Baldy Banks playing with his new deepfake software.

In the UK, "Bill Posters will be Prosecuted" signs are so ubiquitous that "Free William Posters! He's done nothing wrong!" signs are likewise a common gag. :)
