It is even more of an angry screed than their usual rants.

Because this is just a PFR, SCOTUS can deny it at any time; no need to wait for the fall's long conference.
Looking at their usual process for rehearings that miss the last conference, it appears Brunson probably missed the distribution for the 31 July rehearing denial list, so it will probably be on the 21 August list of denials.

When I mean list, I mean the day the order list is posted.

Reeeealist, bullets began to sweating, should we panic?

Yesterday Loy's 2nd Petition for a hearing was accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court and put on the docket (their schedule). They will soon set a new conference date for reconsideration. We have worked hard on this petition and once again are counting on your prayers! If our brother Loy gets a hearing it will only mean that your prayers and support made the difference. I believe in miracles and I believe that many of them come from prayer.

* RALAND J BRUNSON *

As of yesterday the court has received 9,719 letters from people all over this country telling them to allow this case to be heard!! Thank you so much for your love and support!

First of all there are two judges on my case. The magistrate judge (Jared C. Bennett) who offers a preliminary judgment, and Judge Howard C. Nielson, who makes the final decision. The magistrate judge Bennett has now handed the final decision of this case to Judge Howard C. Nielson. All letters from here on out will be sent to Judge Nielson for the final decision. If you are not sure about sending a letter to the Judge, wondering if it’s even worth it and you feel like all judges in this country are corrupt, making you feel down, sad, and discouraged, and you find yourself gazing at a blurred reflection of yourself in that dark sea of abyss, then I have a suggestion for you. Click Here www.enoughisenough.me and send that letter! Thank you and God bless every one of you.
That's a long-winded way to "update" on their respective fails.

Maybe Loy will decide he can sue the court when he sees there is no date for a conference but just an entry:

DISTRIBUTED

It would then be followed by Rehearing DENIED in a later entry (31 July, 21 August, or 8 September).

That is the normal for summer rehearing dumps. I have not looked, but I assume if there were actually a rehearing that was worthy of consideration, it would be moved to the Long Conference for actual consideration.

Has Raland not realized that now is the time to file any objection to the recommendations? That would be far more useful than having his followers send the letters to a judge who will not consider them.

I think the answer is no. He has yet to file an objection to the recommendations; depending on when they were served on him, it would be 14 days (and he apparently was aware of the recommendations given his post). I a pretty sure when have hit 14 days by now.

My guess is it will be published on the August 21 list. That is consistent with rehearing petitions that are distributed in the last week of July. Those distributed in the first week of July end up on the July 31-August 1-August 2 published order list.

Generally, the ones distributed in the first week of July were submitted earlier, though not entirely. I assume there are various reasons why one takes longer to be distributed.

Opening this topic still puts me on pins and needles. I break out into a sweat and can't stop shaking.

Because any day now, The Brunsons are going to WIN and you know their first task will be sending Obots to FEMA trailer parks for "re-education". Maybe if we start sending thousands of letters The Brunsons will give us some amnesty or at least reduce our time in hard labor.

Have tried to put my affairs in order, and of course review the most recent Soros Emergency Handbook.

Adding to my stress, Realist hasn't been over to talk me off the ledge.

We all can see their recent documents were BRILLIANT. Maybe SCOTUS will cancel their recess, scoot back to DC and take the Brunson cases up and set them for arguments the same day. And who knows, maybe SCOTUS will bring The Brunsons onboard to work as clerks... or if there's a vacancy........

In other words: THIS MAY BE IT! FOR SURE THIS TIME!

I particularly liked how the most recent petition for rehearing laid such a clever trap for the justices, using that favorite SovCit fantasy that anything that's not actively rebutted is therefore affirmed as true.

So the whole thing is basically, "if you deny our petition, you are flushing America down the toilet and you are all a bunch of cotton-headed ninny muggins."

Yeah, that will motivate them to take the case toot sweet.

First Rule 11 docketed since the 70s? As of a year ago, there were 14 cases granted cert before judgment since February 2019, not just docketed.

Yes: Your read is correct; the only thing pending in SCOTUS is Loy's rehearing petition.

Raland did exactly that.

But the Brunson Grifters have learned their marks get all excited by name-checking SCOTUS. Because their intent is to grift, not win (or even be perceived as serious), there's no downside for them: OPM will be paying for any failed paper throwing.

Oh. I missed that the first rehearings denied order list came out on 24 July. It was a week earlier though maybe it is bases on when the last conference was and I did not check that timing.

This may mean that Loy's will be on the next one, maybe on the 14th and maybe the 21st.
