On the twitter it is common for 2 folks to post the same stuff independently found. I always say it isn't a contest and better twice than never. Good to have several eyes on the poots. I now see that Angela (the poot) posted about Cox's big fail before I did. I didn't see her post earlier but have been occasionally checking on the 9th's website for 3 results of 3 poot appeals.

As the disposition says, Cox can (and presumably will) raise this argument again in a habeas corpus petition.
I'm not surprised the 9th said (in effect) "try again"; I'm (still) a little surprised an attorney went this route, knowing that "try again" was the likely outcome.
