Royce Lamberth! He's so unpredictable.

Love Scott McFarlane's work but man I wish he'd indicate who the judge is on sentencing. He could use the same initials the court does on pleadings and that's only 3 twitter characters.

Should have gotten a bigger retainer! What a moron! Federal judges tend to make withdrawals a bit more difficult than state court judges in my experience.

Always good when counsel doesn't know the difference between it's and its.

I used to edit attorney work. This happens more than you’d think.

Accused Jan 6 conspirator & OathKeeper Ken Harrelson of Florida makes new request for release pending trial

Harrelson, among many things, argues other defendants who've pleaded guilty were "pressured" and are "loyal Americans"

Several accused OathKeepers have flipped already

Since counsel was not paid and cannot even get ahold of their client, I suspect they don't much care.

US Capitol rioter Scott Fairlamb was sentenced to 41 months in prison for punching an officer. His attorney Harley Breite says "it is excessive."

His attorney Harley Breite says "it is excessive."
He is entitled to his opinion. I disagree.

He does kinda seem to rockin' a Ronald Rotunda vibe

So... this just happened.

Defense for accused Jan 6 OathKeeper conspirator asks the court to "explore" whether any of the "trillions of dollars on infrastructure spending.. maybe already allocated to repair.. the DC jail"

Mind you.. the bill isn't signed yet.

That's an obvious clip-on bow tie (FRP isn't here, but I know bow ties, so I will make a lame attempt to step in here, at great personal sacrifice). The chances he tied it himself, like a real lawyer who is manly enough to tie his own bow tie, are less than zero. :blackeye:

As a result, it doesn't fit properly. Both lapels on his blue jacket are tucked under the tie.

And look at the color. That's hideous, and if you want to have fun and still look classy with a bow tie that you tied all by yourself like a big boy, try a pattern. Maybe even a tartan or sumpin', if'n you can pull it off.

But one look at the cover frame from the YouTube and that photo is screaming

Fashion FELONY!
