Yeah, but I saw on the internet (which never lies) it affects your credit score, makes it hard to get loans, etc., for quite a while. And employment :rotflmao: as if.

Wow, he paid 30 bucks for an online pre-filing credit counseling with a religious credit counseling agency. Why do I get the feeling that these are rubber stamp mills?

Only $30?

Maybe the counseling consisted if, send all your money you did not hide to God, at PO Box....

Ammon should of set up his own Christian Credit Counseling service and charge him $300,000 for the "service."

I don't follow this thread much but can someone quickly tell me why he is claiming an even $53,000,000 as a liability to St Lukes Health?

It is a lie. Total judgment against all defendants was around $53M - Ammon's portion was $12-$13M with an additional few million against Ammo's campaign and PRN. The remainder is Diego Rodriguez' (and some of his companies) liability. Going from memory.

Was it maybe one of those where if one defendant shortfalls, the other has to make it up? That joint-and-several thing?

To no one's surprise, there are deficiencies in ammo's filing.

The judgement is enjoined I believe, but it makes Ammon a bigger victim to keep claiming it is he alone that is liable. Also Diego is still trying to weasel out, tried to sue ST Lukes in another pro se fail. GOOD NEWS! Baby Cyrus is gonna be a big brother to twin sisters... :yikes:

Jason Patrick
Jason Patrick
Patrick, 42, from Bonaire, Georgia, emerged as a leader among the occupiers following the Jan. 26 arrests of Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Payne Payne and four others.
Patrick is a roofing contractor who was indicted last year on a charge of making terroristic threats, a felony. He was accused of "threatening to kill everyone inside the Warner Robins Municipal Court complex," south of Macon, in August, an indictment filed in Houston County Superior Court shows.
Patrick was also accused of physically resisting arrest and refusing to follow a police officer's commands to leave the courthouse lobby, and charged with obstruction of an officer, the indictment said. If convicted, he could face between one and five years in prison or a fine of up to $1,000, or both, according to the statute. No further information about that case was available Wednesday. Patrick's public defender, Mike Rivera, declined comment on the charge.

As I recall, their pretend marriage lasted until she stopped buying him cigarettes.

Jason lived with Moo in Baker City at an RV park for a while trying to get out of working by refusing to get an ID. She finally got tired of hauling his ass back and forth to court and buying him smokes and moved on to some weird sexy insta for a while. It was pretty gross
He has been living with his sister in Everett, and not in good health, very depressed, hating on Ammon.
He chose RUSH HOUR, made a big splash.
Literally.
What an asshole in life and in death.
Thanks Ammon.

I had heard bits on the radio yesterday morning about the huge backup after a pedestrian was hit on I5, but that's a bit of a twist on the story.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/news/de ... ngNewsVerp
Heavy traffic snarled the morning commute in Snohomish County Thursday after a vehicle hit and killed a pedestrian on Interstate 5.

The backup spanned 11 miles at the Boeing freeway at State Route 526 in Everett, for much of the morning. Washington State Patrol Trooper Kelsey Harding said traffic was getting by in the far-left HOV lane, as the three right lanes were all blocked.

At 9:01 a.m., Harding said the roadway was fully reopened. Harding first posted about the fatal collision at 5:29 a.m.

There were lengthy backups on SR 9, SR 204 and US 2 as well.

According to WSP, the pedestrian "left the" overpass and "came to rest between lanes" 1 and 2 of southbound I-5. The pedestrian, a 52-year-old man from Mukilteo, was "struck by multiple vehicles," WSP said.

Edit: SR says this is not *our* Jason Patrick

I wonder what he was trespassing. And how hard is it to stay out of trouble?

It does seem a selfish way to go. The drivers who hit him are no doubt traumatized.
