Trump attorney Christina Bobb is complaining that the J6 Committee isn’t presenting Trump’s side of the story: “They’re gagging Pres Trump’s side, but then they’re doing everything they can to put their witnesses out front and center.”
Did the former guy offer to come and speak with the committee :?:
Maybe that's why they cancelled tomorrow's hearing...to make a very formal, very public invitation for Trump to tell his side of the story live, prime time, carried by all the networks (even FOX), for all to see.

Liz Cheney questioning Trump would be fascinating viewing. LOL

Maybe it's just me but if you don't want your minions to watch such-and-such, maybe stop talking about all the stuff going on in such-and-such?

Trump WH attorney Eric Herschmann to Trump lawyer John Eastman, author of the memo Trump relied on to try and overturn the election: “Get a good f*cking criminal defense lawyer. You’re going need it.”

@NBCNews
This is an interview he did for Frontline posted 5 days ago:

34:53 he talks about the independent state legislature theory and says the SCOTUS may now have enough votes to affirm it. Meaning presidential elections would just be for show at the voter level.

When your side refuses to send members, and your witnesses refuse to testify, you don't get to bitch that your side isn't getting told.

There may be something happening at the SCOTUS this week, do they usually give a day or 2 heads up before a ruling? I think this committee may plan around that if so.

News: The Jan. 6 select committee is in possession of documentary footage showing a man who took part in a Jan. 5 tour of the Capitol complex with Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) outside the Capitol the following day, yelling threats at members of Congress – including Speaker Nancy Pelosi – as the insurrection raged, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.
The select committee has video of this person taking part in the Loudermilk tour on Jan. 5, as well as documentary footage of the same man outside the Capitol on Jan. 6, these sources told us.

The individual in question has been interviewed by select committee investigators, the sources added. It doesn’t appear that he’s been charged with any wrongdoing stemming from the insurrection.

What to do with this evidence has been debated inside the select committee. It was discussed during an intense huddle on the House floor Tuesday involving Reps. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), Stephanie Murphy (D-Fla.), Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) and Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.). Thompson is chair of the select committee.

The panel is considering releasing the footage publicly, using it in a hearing or sending a letter to Loudermilk laying out their evidence.

The select committee declined to comment on the matter Tuesday night.
Looks like they have the receipts:

I’ve worked in this complex since 2004. Never seen anyone take photos in this area

“We’re with Barry Loudermilk of Georgia..."

Little scoop here: more video from the man filming the Jan. 5 Capitol tour that wasn't included in committee's video.

He takes particular interest in the "How The House Works" sign, appears to just be filming anything and everything.

Last night Loudermilk claimed no one on his tour group did anything suspicious and argued it was perfectly ok for him to give tours because the gift shop was open
Will he be moving the goalposts today?

From the videos I've seen, Loudermilk was not escorting tourists to the "gift shop". And those in tow certainly seemed to be gathering recon intel using their cellphone cams in restricted areas.
