Man Could Face 7 Years in Prison After Allegedly Submitting Fake Vaccine Card to Job

Twenty-four-year-old Devin R. Kemp of Eaton was arrested Friday for possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Kemp had allegedly submitted a fake vaccination card to his employer, an offense that is considered a class "D" felony.

According to authorities, the New York State Police was contacted on September 27 by the state's Department of Health Vaccination Complaint Investigation Team, who were investigating a case of a forged COVID-19 vaccination card that had been reported to them by a private company.


"Mr. Kemp was transported to the Oneida County Public Safety Building for centralized arraignment."


Following Biden's sweeping vaccine mandate, the number of fake COVID-19 vaccine card vendors had risen into the thousands. In August, there were 800-900 vendors selling fake vaccine cards for around $100 each, according to research from Check Point Software Technologies. After the president's announcement, a spokesperson for the company told Newsweek that though the pricing had remained the same, there were now up to 10,000 vendors.

Kemp likely won't serve any time ... unless a judge decides to make an example of him.

10-Year-Old Died of COVID After Teacher Made Her Be ‘Nurse’ to Sick Kids, Parents Say

A community in Virginia left reeling after a 10-year-old girl died of coronavirus complications has now been hit with another shock: The girl’s parents say her teacher willfully exposed her to the virus by tasking her with escorting sick students.

Authorities at Suffolk Public Schools are now investigating that claim. Anthonette Ward, a spokesperson for the school district, told The Virginian-Pilot that, if true, the move would be a violation of school policy. The school has a rule in place for only adults to walk children with COVID-19 symptoms to the nurse’s office, she said.

Teresa Sperry, a fifth-grader at Hillpoint Elementary School, died last week, just five days after she first began experiencing a headache. The family was notified by health officials that she had tested positive for COVID two days after her death, according to the Pilot.

Her parents have said they followed all safety measures to protect Teresa from the virus, even driving their kids to school to limit their potential exposure to COVID on the school bus.

But they say Teresa’s teacher routinely had her accompany other sick children to the nurse’s office.

“That was her classroom job,” Jeff Sperry was quoted telling the Pilot.

“And she said that if the kids were sick and needed to go home, she had to go get their book bag and take it back,” her mother told the newspaper.

The couple first made the bombshell claim on Facebook, where Nicole Sperry wrote that Teresa “would have continued to be here if people would have stopped sending their sick kids to school. Her teacher at Hillpoint gave her the job of ‘nurse.’ She was required to walk all sick students in her class to the nurses office.”

The school district sent out a letter to parents announcing the “tragic news” of a student’s death, but never so much as offered a phone call to the Sperry family, her mother wrote.

School officials have been quick to respond to the family’s allegation.

“The protocol at Hillpoint Elementary School is for the classroom teacher or any adult to contact the main office with a Code ‘C.’ When this occurs, one of the administrators or school nurse will come to the classroom to pick up the student,” Ward, the spokesperson, was quoted telling the Pilot. “We are still investigating to ensure that this process was followed with fidelity.”

Both parents were vaccinated against COVID, but Jeff Sperry suffered a breakthrough infection after his daughter’s death.

In an interview with CNN over the weekend, the couple said they hoped their situation would wake other people up to the fact that the pandemic is still very real, even though some people choose to ignore the threat of COVID.

“If it was over, my daughter would still be here, we wouldn’t be doing these interviews, we wouldn’t be preparing for her funeral. It upsets me so much that people are so nonchalant about it, while my only girl is gone,” Nicole said.

Jeff Sperry said Teresa “was happy, she was healthy and strong, and it took her in less than five days.”

The school may try to throw the teacher under the bus. But the school nurse (and likely principal and office staff) knew that the teacher wasn't following protocol.

Lawmaker Pushes Insane Claim ‘Octopus-Like Creatures’ Are in Vax

New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu called for a state lawmaker who’s repeatedly pushed COVID-19 misinformation to be stripped from his leadership position after he blasted out an email to colleagues suggesting that the coronavirus vaccine contains a “living organism with tentacles” and darkens the eyes of newborns.

“I have repeatedly expressed directly to Speaker Packard about the need to remove Representative Weyler from this position of leadership,” the Republican governor said in a statement Monday. “Disseminating this misinformation clearly shows a detachment from reality and lack of judgment.”

Sununu’s statement referring to “absurd emails” from the chair of the finance committee—which recently voted to table $27 million in federal vaccine aid for the state—come after Weyler blasted colleagues’ inboxes with materials on Monday rife with COVID conspiracy theories, including a document entitled “The Vaccine Death Report” that claimed vaccine injections were “murdering millions of people.”

The email from the legislator contained a 52-page “report” with disinformation on COVID-19, including claims that “unknown, octopus-like creatures are being injected into millions of children worldwide.”

The report also made claims that 5G technology had somehow been inserted into the vaccine to control people’s thoughts and called the pope and others “at the top” of the Roman Catholic Church “satanists” and “luciferans” for backing public health measures. The report additionally made the wild suggestion that the babies of vaccinated parents in Mexico were “transhuman”—born with “pitch-black eyes” and undergoing accelerated aging.

“It’s all one huge puppet theatre, where the majority of the people—even most of those who are complicit —haven’t got the slightest clue what is going on, and how everyone is being played,” the report states.

When asked about the report and calls for his removal, Weyler responded to The Daily Beast in an email: “No comment.”


The calls for stripping Weyler of his leadership role come weeks after the lawmaker sought to undermine the state’s Health and Human Services Commissioner Lori Shibinette at a committee hearing where she requested federal funds be used to strengthen New Hampshire’s COVID-19 vaccine program. During a committee hearing with Shibinette on Sept. 17, Weyler questioned data from the department on hospitalizations and suggested that the majority of people seeking hospital treatment for the virus were vaccinated.

When Shibinette accused Weyler of spreading misinformation, he doubled down, suggesting that he had been hearing from emergency personnel who could corroborate his claims. A day later, in an interview with New Hampshire Public Radio, Weyler said federal authorities could not be trusted on health matters.

“Many people have sent me links to these things I’ve discussed,” he told NHPR in an interview published on Sept. 22 “I’ve seen links from reports from all sorts of credible sources. But [Shibinette] is just listening to the CDC as far as I can see. And I don’t consider the CDC a credible source, or Dr. Fauci a credible source.”

As an aside, I believe Victoria has done a good job of providing secure shelter during the lock downs. I think there is a quiet effort going on to keep the arrangements after lock down procedures have ceased. We are peaking with the highest case numbers at the moment even though we are getting close to the 80% single dose/70% double dose threshold for starting to come out of restrictions. People keep throwing illegal super spreader parties. The AFL Grand Final was 2 weeks ago, and we are still counting the cases from Grand Final watching parties. Rugby League Grand Final was last weekend, Victorians aren't much interested, but New South Welshmen sure were. Were are waiting on their super spreader party numbers.

Leilani Lutali told 11 News she has end stage renal failure and needs a kidney as soon as possible. She said when she started working with UCHealth months ago, the fact that she was unvaccinated was not an issue.

“Fast forward a month and that policy had changed. So that was a surprise to me,” Lutali said.

She had found a donor candidate, Jaimee Fougner, who was willing to go through the tests. But after passing a few preliminary exams, Fougner was asked if she was vaccinated. She is not, and the process stopped.

UCHealth did not speak to 11 News on camera, but they did issue a statement outlining the risk they associate with a transplant recipient and the COVID-19 virus. They would not comment on any individual patients.

“Note that among the general population, for those who test positive for COVID-19, the mortality (death) rate is about 1.6%. It’s even less if you consider the people who are infected but who don’t get tested or who are asymptomatic,” UCHealth’s Vice President Communications Dan Weaver explained in an email to 11 News. “For transplant patients who contract COVID-19, the mortality rate ranges from about 20% to more than 30%.”

Lutali said if the hospital worried about responsibility, she’s more than willing to sign a waiver. She said she also has found multiple potential donors who are willing to help her, therefore ending any discussion about her taking a kidney from another patient on the list who is vaccinated.

“It’s a bring your own donor situation,” Lutali said with a laugh.

Lutali says she is unwilling to bend on her decision about the vaccine and is now looking at options for other medical centers in Texas or Florida who might perform the transplant. She says she is looking into dialysis treatment in the meantime.

I am avoiding watching it because I need not have my temper rise but...

1. How did he know about vax status unless he asked, likely under false pretenses? Could this still be actionable even in "at will" employment? It is one thing to say you must get vaccinated, to state those who are will be terminated when they were not warned before they got seems to be a whole different issue. You can't take it back. is he firing those who were vaxed before working for him?

2. This seems like bad timing in a market where there are shortages.

3. The fired employees likely dodged a bullet with this one as I can't imagine he's a fun boss. They should insist he provides written documentation of the reasons for their termination. I suspect that would be useful for future employment (not sure the job so there is the potential issue of automated resume/app searching just dropping anybody who has been terminated without looking at reasons).

Funny how some folks scream my body my choice and then tell others, you may not wear a mask or get vaxed. It has nothing to do with their workplace or freedom but is just a way to supposedly "own" the companies that do require the vax or masks. The decision is made to show off and not to help their company.
