It's always nice to remember that a body like that is the result of millions of years of testing.

I'm on Maui and only check on line stuff once or twice a day. Found this just now.

Hay, he really does have contempt for the courts, so that's a good fit for him.

I'm grateful for your following these angles. It's so helpful.

I'm also grateful you see Ammon for what he is: an LDS nutjob, yet another in a long series this revelatory religion seems to create.

Perhaps like me you wonder why the 'experts' downplay the core of the problem, today with Ammon.

Switching, I've been watching for Bundy to reinvigorate PRN, covid no longer a pretense. Seems to me it's languished of late, the contempt charge a nice fit. He has publicly stepped back for the campaign to date and I think we'll soon see him directly or someone peripherally activate his unofficial PAC.

I also *hope* charges are brought beyond contempt in association with his money trail before the general election, that the powers that be don't give him a pass thinking it would only promote him. That would truly be an October surprise.

Speculation on the twitter that the contempt charge has to do with his failing to do community service. Those that follow this idiot will remember that he filed something saying he fulfilled his community service by running for Gubner, I think that this is a good guess.

Not certain what his upcoming court date has to do with his official campaign- other than using it as propaganda to defend his contempt case related to PRN charges. More evidence of co-mingling orgs.

I hope he's thrown in jail 3/14. That would give him the publicity he craves for being cravenly stupid and not quickly resolving it.

He has a status conference tomorrow before his 3/14 trial. He has filed a motion to dismiss of course. He won't be thrown in jail on 3/14 - trial is scheduled to last 5 days. His contempt hearing (different case) is March 23.

Thanks for clarifying.

I don't have pacer - and have a desire for a completely different case from it for another subject of interest (biofuels, a rail road, a corrupt local government in the damages phase).

Thank you. That's kind. However, it's not sovcit oriented, instead a $350M taxpayer boondoggle I've been involved with since 2011.

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/60 ... ke-county/

The losing party's (Addington) attorney contacted me a few weeks ago regarding https://www.biofuelwatch.org.uk/2021/th ... -biofuels/ and it's viability. He heard an interview I did last summer. https://kpfa.org/episode/terra-verde-july-2-2021/

Short version: Addington - who owns a perlite factory- colluded with the county to oust a company who was contracted (LRY) by the county to run the railroad until 2035. Addington now owns the railroad and all promoted DoD's RRB for big time cash (Connect Oregon grants; Addington for favorable car rates and RRB revenue). Now in damages, LRY wants anticipated revenue from lost revenue and future RRB traffic. Addington argues today RRB will never be completed. I differed, the only question when.

Thanks.

Ehmer's charges dismissed today. He had to surrender his "antique" gun. He agreed to that - he is a bad poot.

So he'll just get another 'antique' gun?

Failure to depart?

Was he at a scene late at night and asked to leave?

His attorney fees must be astronomical with case after case. But, he's playing with house money, draining PRN coffers and taking away from the continued illegal donations from PRN to his campaign.

Rodriquez' grandchild - the only reason Bundy got involved. Isn't Diego in FL?

Wendy Kay (Campaign Mgr) was also arrested.

The tie from PRN to the Campaign is complete.

Toast.
