Switching, I've been watching for Bundy to reinvigorate PRN, covid no longer a pretense. Seems to me it's languished of late, the contempt charge a nice fit. He has publicly stepped back for the campaign to date and I think we'll soon see him directly or someone peripherally activate his unofficial PAC.

I also *hope* charges are brought beyond contempt in association with his money trail before the general election, that the powers that be don't give him a pass thinking it would only promote him. That would truly be an October surprise.

Speculation on the twitter that the contempt charge has to do with his failing to do community service. Those that follow this idiot will remember that he filed something saying he fulfilled his community service by running for Gubner, I think that this is a good guess.

He has a status conference tomorrow before his 3/14 trial. He has filed a motion to dismiss of course. He won't be thrown in jail on 3/14 - trial is scheduled to last 5 days. His contempt hearing (different case) is March 23.

Addington now owns the railroad and all promoted DoD's RRB for big time cash (Connect Oregon grants; Addington for favorable car rates and RRB revenue). Now in damages, LRY wants anticipated revenue from lost revenue and future RRB traffic. Addington argues today RRB will never be completed. I differed, the only question when.
