Re: Finicum Lawsuit
Hey guys, I was just trying to find some good in Philpot.
Even the dumbest poots should figure out that the case was not good if no other lawyers would take it. The current "legal team" of Philpot and Koerber may have told the Finicum clan that they are the only lawyers who have any possibility of winning.

If they are not particularly successful lawyers, it may be because they have not particularly good judgment ... so they might sincerely believe that they might have a good chance of winning, just as my neighbor's 4-year-old thinks if he puts on a Superman cape he has a good change of jumping safely off off the roof.

In July 2017, 51.3% of Ave Maria graduates who took the Florida bar exam for the first time passed, vs. a 71.3% pass rate overall. This performance tied Ave Maria for second-to-last in the state.
According to Ave Maria's ABA-required disclosures, 57.1% of the Class of 2016 found long-term full-time employment where a JD is required.

As reported in The Chronicle of Higher Education, Ave Maria School of Law was one of 114 private colleges nationwide to fail a federal financial responsibility test in 2007, 2008, and 2009.[30][31] In a statement about the Chronicle report, the ten-year-old law school said its low asset-to-debt ratio was “typical of recently founded institutions” and “represents no change in our fiscal health and should not be cause for concern.”
Re: Finicum Lawsuit
Ave Maria School of Law's first campus was a storefront in a strip mall in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When Philpoot began his law school studies, the school was not yet even accredited.

Yes, at least her FB name. I noticed that she added it back last week. She says she is not back together with Spencer though.

Re: Finicum Lawsuit
Most defendants should get out on motions challenging the pleadings. The rest on summary judgment. I think it is doubtful this case will ever get to a jury trial. A few of the defendants may have to respond to discovery.

Never going to get that far. Motions to Dismiss and for Summary Judgment will take care of this. And any remnants left will be handled by the Deep State.

I can't help feeling sorry for this poor deluded young woman. She probably thinks she's going to raise thousands of dollars from her fundraiser. More likely, it'll be a few hundred bucks.

I try not to make comments on personal appearance, but what is with Poots and their foreheads
Does the gene that makes you a Poot manifest itself in this physical characteristic as well as turning you into an ignorant, self-centered, attention-demanding scofflaw

Because why not? Docket Report from RECAP:
If not, let me know and I will fetch anything that looks even remotely interesting.
Even a cursory glance at Judge Patricia Sullivan's judicial history reveals that she has had more than her fair share of Poot cases: a miner living on USFS land (Medenbach and Sugar Pine), a rancher illegally grazing his cattle on Fed-owned land (just so many welfare rancher Poots), among other Pooty cases. No wonder she wants to retire, poor thing.

Re: Finicum Lawsuit
I watched Challice's video because it was short by their standards.
Hasn't she been pregnant before? Quelle surprise there are symptoms.
Why is the lawsuit so expensive? I thought it shouldn't be.
Anyone ever ask her why they're suing the Center for Biological Diversity, which has nothing to do with anything? Or really Grasty and Ward? They didn't cause his death (yes, I know he caused his death, but even being a little generous).
She's kind of whiny and sounds like a teenager. How old is she?

I know I'm repairing myself, but Ave Maria (Philpoot's law school) translates to "Hail Mary," and this suit seems like a last minute desperation pass in football.

My take is that it's harassment. Nobody could be that stupid.
..... but on second thought, poots are a special case.
I hope massive counter-suits are on the horizon.
