It appears the truckers didn't make it to the Super Bowl, so the game is still on! From the few videos I've seen on the twitters, there are a few dozen protestors by the entrance with antivax signs and a guy with a bullhorn yelling stuff at the attendees filing past them.

They also hacked their account list.

I downloaded both the list and the video if anyone wants them after the hack goes away.

Police have cleared and arrested the remaining protesters near the busiest US-Canadian border crossing, ending a demonstration against COVID-19 restrictions that has hurt the economy of both nations.

Local and national police have formed a joint command centre in Ottawa, where protests have paralysed the CBD, infuriated residents — who are fed up with police inaction — and turned up the pressure on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The protests have reverberated across the country and beyond, with similar convoys in Australia, France, New Zealand and the Netherlands.

The US Department of Homeland Security has warned that truck convoys may be in the works in the United States.

Police in Windsor, Canada, said about 12 people were peacefully arrested and seven vehicles were towed just after dawn near the Ambassador Bridge that links their city — and numerous Canadian automotive plants — with Detroit.

Apparently counter-protesters stopped a bunch of them and made them give up their flags, fuel cans, and take off their bumper stickers and decals before they let them go.

GiveSendGo is down again as of midnight ET and the graphic/forward is even more hardcore now. Have a screenshot but it's far too nasty. It alternates between the forward and this 404. Birther level graphics over there.

I haven't been following current events lately, for a variety of stupid reasons, but I assume that these truckers were successful in that all vaccine mandates are removed in Canada and they stopped vaccinating people entirely? Or was it all just a lot of noise generated by morons?

The Christian crowdfunding site that helped raise $8.7 million for the anti-vax “freedom convoy” in Canada was hacked on Sunday night, and the names and personal details of over 92,000 donors were leaked online.

The database of 92,845 donors is no longer available on the site, but VICE News was able to review a copy of the data.

While some of the donors did not provide their names—such as the person behind the current top donation of $215,000—the vast majority did provide them, including American software billionaire Thomas Siebel, who donated $90,000 to the “freedom convoy.”
