Fucker's been on his "death bed" for years. During the trial they played recordings where he admitted trying to look as bad as possible (short hair to expose the shunt on his skull) to get juror sympathy. I'm not saying he doesn't look decrepit, but who knows how long the taxpayers will get to pay for his housing and medical care?

In a lawsuit, Kyle Rittenhouse shooting survivor Gaige Grosskreutz blames Kenosha officials for deadly chaos
Gaige Grosskreutz's lawsuit contends police and sheriff's deputies in effect deputized "a band of white nationalist vigilantes" the night of Aug. 25, and coordinated with them to protect property and help maintain order in Kenosha during the third night of protests that followed the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Among them was Illinois teenager Kyle Rittenhouse, who fatally shot two people with his assault-style rifle before shooting Grosskreutz in the arm. Rittenhouse, 18, faces trial next month on charges ranging from homicide to curfew violation. His attorneys say he acted in lawful self-defense.
The complaint opens with a quote from video taken that night, of law enforcement officials telling a group of armed men that included Rittenhouse, "We appreciate you guys — we really do."
Earlier that day, after two nights of demonstrations over the Blake shooting had led to rioting, looting and arson, a former Kenosha alderman, Kevin Mathewson, used a Facebook account he had created for the Kenosha Guard to solicit "patriots
willing to take up arms and defend our City tonight against the evil thugs.”

Cher sues Sonny’s heirs over song, record royalties
The suit alleges that the damages to Cher total at least $1 million
Cher has sued the widow of her former musical partner and ex-husband Sonny Bono over royalties for Sonny and Cher songs including “I Got You Babe” and “The Beat Goes On.”
In a federal lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Cher alleges that former Rep. Mary Bono and other defendants have attempted to terminate provisions of business agreements Cher and Sonny Bono reached when they divorced in 1975 that entitled each to 50% of songwriting and recording royalties.
The lawsuit says that Sonny Bono’s heirs filed notice in 2016 that they were terminating some of his song licensing agreements, but they “did not terminate, and could not have terminated” his agreements with Cher.

Re: General Law and Lawsuits
Any chance of success?
The 33-page complaint lists 15 causes of action, from conspiracy to deprive Grosskreutz of his civil rights and obstruct justice, to violations of due process and equal protection, as well as First Amendment retaliation, assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress. It includes claims of negligent hiring, training and supervision of officers, failure of some to intervene against unlawful acts, and counts to hold the city and county liable for the actions of their employees.

Re: General Law and Lawsuits
He's a serial filer who also does not like to give his name. He recently had this in an order.
https://casetext.com/case/chavez-v-dhs-chaincommand
Even without the fake names, it is easy to find a bunch of stuff filed by him.A. Plaintiff's identity
Plaintiff Juan Pablo Chavez has a history of filing actions and signing documents in this court and other courts under fictitious names. See Natural-Unido v. Broad. Corp. Does & the U.S. Copyright Office, ECF 1:21-CV-5586, 1-2 (S.D.N.Y. filed June 26, 2021) (filing complaint under the name “Gente ‘Jude' Natural-Unido” and signing the complaint and IFP application with the name “Jude” and a hand-drawn symbol that resembles a violin); Chavez v. Defalco, ECF 1:21-CV-3497, 2 (S.D.N.Y. filed Apr. 19, 2021) (signing complaint with a stamp reading “@rtsmediaink” along with the same hand-drawn symbol); Arco v. Rudes, ECF 1:20-CV-8630, 1 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 2, 2020) (complaint filed by The People d/b/a Johnny Arco c/o Reason, Logic & Law); Chavez v. Rudes, No. 3:18-CV-2781 (N.D. Tex. July 27, 2020) (complaint filed by Juan Pablo Chavez d/b/a Fine Arts Education Reform a/k/a Chief Maestro Chavez a/k/a Chief Maestro and stating that “Johnny Arco” is another pseudonym Plaintiff uses); Chavez v. Rudes, No. 1:18-CV-1757 (D. D.C. Aug. 16, 2018) (complaint filed by Juan Pablo Chavez d/b/a Fine Arts Education Reform; d/b/a Reason, Logic & Law d/b/a BFlat+ Media Publishing d/b/a Johnny Arco); Chavez v. Finney, ECF 1:19-CV-4109, 2 (S.D.N.Y. filed May 7, 2019) (original complaint brought by “Plaintiff under Seal” and later amended to list as Plaintiff “Juan Pablo Chavez Sui Juris c/o Reason, Logic & Law, reasonlogiclaw@gmail.com”); Maestro v. People of the State of New York, No. 3:19-CV-1215 (N.D. Tex. July 16, 2019) (complaint brought by “Plaintiff under Seal, ” later amended to list “Chief Maestro also known as Juan Pablo Chavez also known as Chief Maestro Chavez, ” and also including the same hand-drawn symbol).
Plaintiff's complaint fails to comply with Rule 10(a). He brings this action under the pseudonym “Homeless People, ” apparently seeking to sue the New York City Department of Homeless Services. But in his IFP application he identifies different plaintiffs and defendants as the parties to this action. The Court liberally construes Plaintiff's submissions as a motion to proceed under a pseudonym. Even when construed liberally, however, Plaintiff's submission fails to suggest any reason why the Court should permit him to proceed under a pseudonym.
I think this one in the DC court is also him. Beats the crap out of me why he is suing somebody from Dallas in the DC Court and what that person in Dallas could have done. He just filed an appeal in the 5th circuit against the same defendant so maybe he also sued in Texas.

So you want to see the full complaint? Don't worry, it's brief.
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap ... .2.0_1.pdf
Essentially, it is what was in the screenshot, though he does provide a link. I'm not going there.
He also included a letter to the court.

He has only filed 4 cases in the SDNY since January, as far as I could tell.

The father of one of the victims was interviewed after he entered the guilty pleas. He complained that mentioning the defendant's name was giving him too much publicity. He wanted him to be referred to by his prison id number. After that, the host agreed to refer to him only as "The Parkland Shooter".Tiredretiredlawyer wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 9:47 am On Court TV, Vinnie Politan refers to him as "the Parkland shooter".

Re: General Law and Lawsuits
In New Zealand they anonymized the perpetrator after the 2019 shootings at mosques in Christchurch.
The rationale seemed to be that the victims and their names should be remembered, but the perpetrator and his motives should be forgotten and only the awful crime remembered with sadness.
I'm comfortable with that.
