The public won't see the report for weeks. The Senate committee is going to review the report for "accuracy". If necessary, CN will be allowed to revise the report if necessary. Then it will go back to the Senate.

I'm not sure how you will go about reserving a seat for that but I do believe the information will be public. PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office alerted the Arizona Attorney General’s Office on Thursday of potential illegal activity regarding the online posting of voter files.

The discovery was first made by ABC15’s Garrett Archer, who posted Monday that someone sent him a link to the entire Maricopa County voter file that was posted online without a password, a violation of A.R.S. § 16-168(F).

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, said the information likely came from a public records request and was posted in violation of state law.

Richer said the release of information was “troubling” and called on Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office to take fast action on the matter…….

The Arizona Senate will receive the audit report on the Maricopa County election on Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. in a public presentation on the floor of the chamber, Senate President Karen Fann said. Her announcement was sent to fellow senators after a judge on Thursday pressed a Senate attorney to tell him when the "final" report would be available. Fann, R-Prescott, said the long-awaited audit will cover all three aspects of the examination of the county's election results:

A hand count of the 2020 results for president and U.S. Senate, done by the Senate's contractor, the Cyber Ninjas;
A machine count of the ballots Fann ordered in July to check against the Ninjas' count, as she said at the time the Ninja count does not match the official results; and
A review of mail-in ballot envelopes for missing or illegible signatures.

Fann and Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen, R-Gilbert, will conduct the livestreamed meeting with senators, who will attend either in person or via Zoom. Petersen later will convene his committee "after everyone's had a chance to go through the audit," Fann said. The Senate also will release the report publicly that day, Fann said in an interview. The session will be open to the public, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Senate gallery. Hearing rooms are not available because of ongoing construction work.

Karen Fann has yet to directly confirm this date that is being put out everywhere. The "Date" was originally released by the leftist Democrat funded Watchdog Group "American Oversight", which has been attacking the Audit for months now. This "supposed" hearing also is not listed on the Arizona Legislature Live Streams page, even though other streams are listed. Until we get confirmation by either Karen Fann or a listing of the Hearing on the AZ Leg. Live Stream page, we will not be supporting this viral post about "Next Friday"

Actually, no. Not a garbage channel. A group of individuals rather heroically trying to keep our efforts effective.

They have been thoroughly roasted & vilified because others (Senator Rogers, Senator Townsend, The Gateway Pundit, Patrick Byrne & even Jovan Pulitzer) have made announcements of audit report releases causing thousands of people’s hopes to leap. They come to this channel looking for confirmation & this group gets the flak when the news turns out to not be true.

In response this group made extensive arrangements for education through Josh Barnett, Dave Jose & the Affidavits Mommas to teach all of us how to do notices, affidavits & warrants which seems to be how We The People exercise our legitimate power.

They then encouraged all of us to not black pill ourselves by getting off the emotional roller coaster of irresponsible announcements by sticking to what is known from OFFICIAL sources for information.

IMO, this makes them balanced; encouraging & skeptical at the same time.

I don’t always agree with their points, but I do respect their approach.
