#AZAudit Maricopa & Other Arizona County Election Audits - #CyberNinjas / Jovan Pulitzer / Fann / Birther Ken Bennett

I agree, they’re too important. I guess what I meant was that that would have been a quick way to see if 200,000 ballots were missing.
What is the new ballot count going to compare to? The post election count? Without a count (with same certified equipment) on receipt from MCBOS, I believe it’s GIGO.

Were they connected to a network on election night or were people going over, loading the tabulations onto flash drives and going over to the main machines? Or were there screens on the machines and the tabulators reading the results off them and adding them together?neeneko wrote: ↑Sat Jul 10, 2021 7:00 pm
My Guess? They plugged in the machines for a few days and captured all their attempts to connect to whatever they are supposed to connect to... which could mean just weeks of DHCP requests. Though 'terrabytes' seems like a lot for anything these machines were designed to do.. but I could easily see terrabytes of failed connections and retries.
And if the machines were trying to communicate with a router... so? All that would give is the IP of the router, not the Soros supercomputer in China.

If those "white hat" hackers were trying to intrude into government machines in 3000 counties, aka all over the country, was it those attempts they collected the network traffic to analyze for weak spots. I bet US computer laws forbid such hacking attempts when the "white hats" have not been requested to perform such weak spot searches. Plus attempting to breach state and county networks still does not bring them aywhere near machines used during elections.

According to them, they need to have the routers to confirm that they're accurate about that. Because y'all know how clever and Machiavellian them Dems and RINOS are.
Alas, the senate never asked a judge to enforce a previous subpoena that they argue has already subpoenaed the routers.
The senate also didn't subpoena Dominion's passwords for the machines.
Hmmm. Why is that?

I'm getting the most out of my $1 for six month subscription to AZ Central. Today there's an article about the "high speed" counting machines the AZ Senate just purchased to do another count of the county ballots and why it will almost certainly be inaccurate.
1. The people using the machines won't know WTF they're doing.
2. High speed counting machines only count corners in a stack of what should be fresh(ish) paper, like a new ream from Office Depot. Not papers that have been manhandled multiple times and folded.
3. Sometimes papers get stuck together.
4. It's the AZ Senate.

OpEd by Republican Maricopa County recorder Stephen Richer.
A bunch more examples at the link.
Hot take from Pastor Gallups:
Uh, that *might* not be it...
https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion ... 904069002/Cyber Ninjas play by an alarmingly different set of election audit rules
Opinion: Compare the rules we in Maricopa County follow on election audits to those the Cyber Ninjas are using. Everyone should be highly skeptical of their findings.
In the months since Arizona Senate President Karen Fann launched her audit of the 2020 election, it has become clear there are different rules for different auditors.
There are rules that Maricopa County election administrators must follow, and there are far less demanding rules for the Cyber Ninjas conducting Fann’s audit. Here are examples:
What drives the audit's methodology
Maricopa County: For its hand count and other operations, Maricopa County uses methodologies derived from state law and designed by experienced, qualified, educated experts who are widely recognized by the elections community.
Cyber Ninjas: Fann’s audit has relied on the ideas of Jovan Pulitzer. Pulitzer is a failed inventor who has changed his legal name multiple times and has spent years of his life searching for the Ark of the Covenant and for a magical sword in Nova Scotia. His marquee invention – the CueCat – was deemed by Time Magazine as one of “The 50 Worst Inventions” in the world. Nonetheless, because of Pulitzer’s theories, Fann’s audit has spent weeks looking for mysterious folds and bamboo fibers in ballots to see if the ballots fraudulently came from China (the county’s ballots are printed in Arizona and never leave the state).

Big thread at link detailing the current status, but here it is in a nutshell: It's hot. They are treating the reporters like shit. And listening to tunes while screwing around. Maybe they'll start counting (again, again, again, again, is that the fifth? Because we're on the fifth, right?) today.

https://twitter.com/KyungLahCNN/status/ ... 90565?s=20Randy Pullen tells us a technician is due at the Wesley Bolin Bldg at this hour. The machine count still planned to start today and take up to 10 days. #azauditpool

Pullen also says even without the machine count, the report has already begun being written and could be done by end of this month or early August. AZ Senate will then release it when they see fit #azauditpool

Some real voter fraud uncovered in AZ:
https://www.azmirror.com/2021/07/13/vot ... rs-ballot/Scottsdale woman indicted for casting dead mother’s ballot
A grand jury has indicted a Scottsdale Republican woman for allegedly casting her dead mother’s early ballot in the November election in a rare prosecution for voter fraud in Arizona.
Tracey Kay McKee, 63, faces one count of illegal voting and one count of perjury, according to the state grand jury’s May 7 indictment. Illegal voting is a class five felony that carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison, and perjury is a class four felony that is punishable by up to two and a half years behind bars.
McKee has pleaded not guilty to both counts.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, whose election integrity unit investigated the case, announced the indictment on Monday.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, McKee’s mother died on Oct. 5, two days before early voting began and election officials began mailing early ballots to voters. The indictment alleged that McKee forged her mother’s name on the ballot and submitted it to election officials sometime between the start of early voting on Oct. 7 and election day on Nov. 3.
An attorney representing McKee could not immediately be reached for comment.
Voter registration records from the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office show that McKee is a registered Republican.

If they came up with more ballots for Turnip they would be screaming it to the heavens. The fact they are being vague shows that the probable result they got was an increased tally for Biden, and/or got the "positive fraud" results they got the votes were mostly for Turnip.

I'll take the over on a minuscule (say, up-to-four-digits) decrease for Biden. Say 1.031M to 1.006M, instead of the reported 1.041M to .996M.Suranis wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 4:20 pm If they came up with more ballots for Turnip they would be screaming it to the heavens. Time to pay the piper, Maricopa county taxpayers. Perhaps they can tap into the millions the Senate has collected for this bill?

Indeed. Spread the pain from the Maricopa County taxpayers to all AZ taxpayers, I suppose.
https://www.abc15.com/news/state/replac ... -8-millionThe county election department had leased the election equipment which saw its first widespread use in 2018 for a total cost of $6.1 million which included maintenance. The $2.8 million being considered would be on top of that cost.
The county has been fully indemnified by the State Senate for the cost incurred due to the subpoenaed equipment. The Board of Supervisors has not made a request to the Senate for reimbursement.
Leaders of the State Senate’s review of the 2020 election have said that they expect a final report of their work to be delivered to Senate leaders some time in the middle of August.
ABC15 received the following statement from a Maricopa County spokesperson on the purchasing of new election equipment:
"The bottom line is the machines aren’t usable, they are not in the County’s possession, and the County is obligated to run an election in November for about 1.2 million voters. Elections equipment is considered critical infrastructure by the Department of Homeland Security, which recently stated the subpoenaed machines should never be used again. The Board of Supervisors will consider this contract amendment at Wednesday’s meeting. If members approve, the machines will be purchased and decommissioned as the County leases replacement certified tabulation equipment. The Board has always been committed to running free and fair elections as it did in the 2020 election cycle."

https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion ... 956321002/Fann says auditors' ballot count doesn't match county's tally? I, for one, am shocked
OPINION: Senate President Karen Fann says her auditors' ballot count doesn't match the county tally? Shocking, I know. So what now? Or does her goal to "restore confidence" apply only to Republicans?
Senate President Karen Fann on Tuesday announced there’s a discrepancy between the number of ballots counted by her ninja auditors and the number of ballots that Maricopa County reported were cast in the November election.
“They haven’t released a number yet,” Fann told KTAR's Mike Broomhead. “However, we do know that those numbers do not match with Maricopa County at this point,” Fann told KTAR’s Mike Broomhead.
I, for one, am shocked that a cybersecurity company with no actual experience auditing elections — other, that is, than a CEO who promotes election conspiracy theories — has come up with a ballot count that's different from the county’s official tally of 2,089,563 ballots cast.
So now we are left to wonder what to believe:
The count taken by the Cyber Ninjas, who have taken our ballots for a spin, subjected them to UV rays and 5G photographs and offered them up for an appearance on The Deep Rig, a documentary about the supposedly stolen election that starred one of the audit’s chief financial backers?
Or the count taken by the county’s elections professionals, conducted in accordance with state law and in full public view of bipartisan observers?
Fann is now planning to conduct her own ballot count, beginning on Tuesday. She’s shelled out another $30,000 to the buy paper counting equipment.
