Weather has been controlled by dark forces for many years: we have had televised forecasts for decades.

So tell me this: how could the television people know what weather would be coming unless the people who control it had secretly passed the information? Not possible!

Of course the forecasts weren't always accurate: Weather Command didn't have powerful enough lasers until recently, HAARP wasn't reliable, and there few chemtrail aircraft.
