Yeah, that's the beauty of an update, it takes the whole website offline while it updates.

And I'm having trouble with my computer losing Windows activation, which is stupid. But lemme catch up on the latest, then I'll go to work.

Yeah, and it's fast.

I have a lot of stuff to do today that can't be avoided, but I will go through all the styles and see what's what. I know I need to fix the logo graphic again. Low priority. Today is the last day to blow leaves before the rain sets in.

Today we went from version 3.3.11 to version 3.3.12 of the software that runs this discussion board, and so naturally we lost all my custom work on links and logos, etc.

Which I will work on, but at my pace. I can get going at 5:30 a.m. (which is good because Weds. I have to get up at 4:00).

Note that this is not the Report Problems Here thread, because this is not a problem. The board is working like a Swiss watch. Or Swiss chocolate. Yeah, I like chocolate. Young people don't wear watches anymore. Most of 'em. Did I just hijack my own thread? I think I did. Dang.

Gimme a day or so on restoring all the gewgaws.

Maybe its from caching but I did not lose unread topics or active topics and the logo is still there. This is not the first time this has happened after an upgrade.

Either that or Foggy loves me the bestest and does GraandNew first.

Got Unread Posts and Active Topics links back on the top and bottom. On prosilver, but it oughta bleed over to some others.

Hokay, we are now using v.3.3.13 of the phpBB software. I'll add back the custom links for Unread and Active later today, do not panic.

If you could, please Do Not add them to GraandNew. I already have three of each at the top and the bottom ones are still there.

I don't want folks mad at me because I'm hogging the unread and active topic links.

Yes, I have cleared the cache on my devices just in case.

I was so glad I read this. I am having computer issues so over been on my phone and couldn’t figure out where the links were.

I think I might be in the market for another new computer. This one is only three years old. :brickwallsmall:

Hokay, links are back - but if you use a different board style than prosilver, and if there are anomalies like N10 was seeing, then tell me about it. I hate this part, I have to remember all my code and figure out where it goes and stuff. I learned that a long time ago, but I only use it when I get a new update.

I think I fixed GraandNew, it should have one set in the QuickLinks dropdown, and another set at the top and bottom of every page.

I think we're good, but if not, gimme a holler. :oldman:
