Let’s recap it:

Let’s start by saying that rabid MAGA folks harassed the ABC News cameras and made them pack up and leave. VILE.

He showed up late again. Zero shock.

There are lots of empty seats and people seem to be spread out to make it seem like it’s more crowded than it is.

He thinks he’s going to “win New York.” The senility is strong today.

He had issues saying “I’m,” “arteries,” “commerce,” “gathered,” “savagery,” “migrants,” “Russia,” “insurance,””taxes” (twice in a row), “told,” “Bruce,” “caravans,” “mayor,” “ambassador,” “ceremony, “fantastic,” “museum,” “whom,” “abolish” (on both attempts), “rural,” “Midwest,” “other,” “countries,” and “industry" multiple times.

I think they loaded him up on way too many meds today. Bro is going a mile a minute, he's slurring, and he's having problems saying everyday words.

He’s talking about the “lush bushes” around his golf course when discussing the guy who was shot at by the Secret Service. Weird thing to focus on when trying to garner sympathy for an assassination attempt when no attempt was even made in the first place.

He’s mad that the Secret Service officer who started shooting wasn’t chatty before starting to shoot at the suspect.

He claims “men aren’t smart enough” when discussing the witness who followed the suspect to his car and took pictures of his license plates. I may actually agree with him on something. With the exception of Boebert and MTG, women are far brighter than men.

He said people can’t afford an apple yet he’s begging his followers for money in fundraising emails at least 5-10 times a day and he’s now launching a crypto grift. Sure, bro.

He doesn’t seem to understand that he isn’t running against President Biden anymore.

He claims that VP Harris is saying “vote for me, I’m going to raise your taxes.” Fake news.

He said that within a day of him having a conversation of another president about taking their gang members back and threatening to not give them money “forever,” he was sending thousands and thousands and thousands of gang members back. I’ll take things that never happened for 1000.

He bragged that he still didn’t pay the country the money he promised them. I’m not surprised he stiffed someone else. It’s a pattern.

He’s making up stats saying that 75% of arrests in Manhattan are due to illegal immigrants.

Him talking about people being raped is making my skin crawl considering he’s a rapist.

He thinks that immigration is “destroying the fabric of life of this country.” Immigrants literally founded this f’n country…Including your own immigrant family, azzhole.

He tells the crowd that they “must get their patriotic asses out to vote” and then talks about some fat dude named Harry who needs to get “out of the couch.” Is that his nickname for JD Vance, and what exactly is JD doing in the couch again? Haven’t we told him he shouldn’t do that enough yet?

He’s pushing the ‘no tax on Social Security benefits” thing again, which won’t matter if he raises up the retirement age like MAGA is pushing or if he eliminates it entirely.

He says that people are living during the highest inflation in history “probably.” We are not. The 80s were much worse.

He’s fear mongering about WWIII. He says “Isreal won’t exist in two years” if Harris is elected. Again, MAGA needs to sit allllllll the way TF down with their whining about "DeMOCraT rhEtoRiC."

On traveling to Washington D.C. “you have a damn good chance of being hurt, mugged, something.” All of the violent rhetoric comes from one side of the isle and it spews from the fat orange man’s mouth.

He says he’s going to “keep the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency” when he’s literally in the process of making his own decentralized crypto shi*tcoin. Spare me, grifter.

He said “every day will be filled with opportunity and hope.” Can he get his own material? It’s utterly laughable coming from him too.

He said that MAGA needs to “stop her country-destroying liberal agenda once and for all.” More of that MAGA rhetoric hypocrisy.

He said he’s going to “make America healthy again.” I laughed loads given how large some of his attendees are…and…well…the size of him and all of the junk food he eats on a regular basis.

He closes it by saying “we love New York.” Hilarious from the guy who calls it a “hellhole” and tells businesses to flee the state.

He then comes back to the mic to say “God bless you all.” This is new. And it’s super cringey and desperate coming from a total charlatan.

Donald Trump on Wednesday night staged his first rally since he became the target of a second attempted assassination in as many months, telling his supporters in a sports venue outside New York City that what he called “these encounters with death” had only hardened him.

“God has now spared my life. It must have been God, not once, but twice,” Trump said to loud cheers from the ecstatic crowd.

The former president took his usual ragbag of lies, hyperbole, and dark and racist invective to the Nassau Coliseum in the suburbs of Long Island, just seven miles from the borders of New York City. It was an audacious choice of location, given that there are just 48 days til the election and New York is on neither main party’s list of priorities.

The state is reliably Democratic, having last voted for a Republican presidential candidate in 1984 with Ronald Reagan’s re-election. Even Nassau county, where the arena is situated, voted for Joe Biden in 2020 by 54% to Trump’s 45%, while the latest New York state polls show Kamala Harris comfortably ahead of him by double digits.

Yet Trump clearly saw method in his madness. Long Island, the leafy suburbs that stretch east from the city, has shifted towards the right in recent years, becoming something of an incubator for the Make America Great Again (Maga) upheaval.

A large crowd descended on the Coliseum, packing the arena full after hours of waiting in line. Supporters appeared to vie with each other for the most provocative Maga clothing.

Men wore “Women for Trump” T-shirts. Several supporters wore “Fight, Fight, Fight” slogans, which shot to popularity after an assassination attempt against the former president in Butler county, Pennsylvania in July.

One man sported a black T-shirt with a golden bullet etched on it, and the words: “Just the tip, I promise”. Flyers were handed out by a group calling itself “Japan for Trump”, proclaiming that “God chose Trump” and insisting that the former president was immortal and had been George Washington in a past life.

Donald Trump said he is going to Springfield, Ohio, in the next two weeks despite the mayor’s plea for him not to visit after his incendiary jibes about immigrants eating pets.

Doubling down on his remarks, Trump told a rally on Wednesday that he may not make it out of the beleaguered city alive.

“I’m going to go there in the next two weeks. I’m going to Springfield,” the GOP presidential nominee told supporters in Uniondale, New York.

“You may never see me again, but that’s OK. Got to do what I got to do,” he added. “‘Whatever happened to Trump?’ ‘Well, he never got out of Springfield.’”

Why tf won't they leave this community alone? No Trump visit. No Harris visit. The town has been harmed enough.
