Jason lived with Moo in Baker City at an RV park for a while trying to get out of working by refusing to get an ID. She finally got tired of hauling his ass back and forth to court and buying him smokes and moved on to some weird sexy insta for a while. It was pretty gross
He has been living with his sister in Everett, and not in good health, very depressed, hating on Ammon.
He chose RUSH HOUR, made a big splash.
Literally.
What an asshole in life and in death.

If I recall correctly, either Koerber or Philpoot missed a process serving deadline and chose to have Moo and Patrick serve the documents, for which they falsified the date to make it look like they were submitted on time.

It was Moo’s brilliant idea to have Patrick serve in some capacity as a poot guru, making appearances at birthdays and other celebrations to teach us all about the konstatooshun. I doubt he ever booked a single gig.

Abish shares are owned by 2 of Ammons sons, who acquired the shares in 2022, by sweeping the Emmett warehouse during summer school break.

St Luke’s Guy mentioned that previously Ammon had claimed to be the sole owner of Abish.
Ammon denied this. Bet St Luke’s guy has the receipts.

Ammon refused to answer a question from St Luke’s about assets held by Abish. He said he needed “counsel for Abish.)

Scir: He shut down Abish in WY on Aug. 7 (1 week ago). and claims to have transferred it to Idaho as Kekoa Grove. I gotta look that up in a bit. Shenanigans I'm sure.

One (at least an IANAL one) presumes that since bankruptcy is a civil proceeding, that adverse inferences can be drawn from this tactic?
