New Declaration of Independence? A Declaration will define how the government is structured instead of a Constitution or Articles of Confederation?

Barron was born a few months before Melania was naturalized, and he may still hold dual citizenship. To Birthers, this is a big no-no. If they follow up on that, they will whine that there is no way to prevent an ineligible candidate even though a too-young candidate from California was kept off the ballot. The lower courts allowed it though the plaintiff was the candidate so actually had standing (SCOTUS did not grant cert, so they can say "avoiding the issue" still).
