They look ... angry.

I'll admit that, after at least a month since the last time it happened, my shoulder dislocated itself at 12:45 last night, on account of how I rolled over wrong or sumpin', and it's quite painful so I had to get up and get dressed and take pain pills and get in my gaming chair that helps keep it immobilized, and I spent from 1 am to 2 am sitting in the damned chair and watching a recorded football game until I finally got it to pop back in at a little after 2:00, after which I went back to bed but couldn't sleep. How's that for a run-on sentence? Anyway, I'm grumpy today, and I don't even have COVID.

Owls might be even grumpier than eagles. :|

Siri hopes you feel better. She invites you to share the rocking chair. She will sit on your lap while you rock.

Ouch. IANAD, but! A pain in your neck between your ear and shoulder suggests an inner ear infection, and/or lymph nodes under your jaw inflamed. Get thee to a doctor soon.

It's the weekend. I suggest going to an emergency room around 6am when traffic is light, and the wait time is short. Don't wait until noon when everyone else is going.

And if you can't get into a doc, at least get some Mucinex 600 or 1200mg guaifenesin tablets from a drugstore. It will help clear your lungs and sinuses. Ibuprophen is good for the pain and fever. Nasacort spray is good for the sinuses.

Stay on top of you fluids. Eat lightly, but definitely eat even when you don't feel like it. Soups and broth are perfect.

Get well!

This is horrible. Last night my temp was 107 and my pulse ox 89

we were almost ready to call an ambulance but I took an ice water bath and the temp slowed down and was 102 when I went to bed. Now it is ranging from 98-99=102 Pulse ox is steady at 90

The pain is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> :crying:
Picture goodness of my pulse oximeter this morning.

I'm having a good day today - a low pulse rate (48 beats per minute) and a high saturated oxygen percentage (95% SpO2). Most non-smokers can hit 100% SpO2 with a pulse rate well below 100bpm usually in the 60bpm range (depending on age and fitness). I function well down to 85% SpO2 and my heart rate above 200bpm. Your mileage will definitely vary especially since you're ill right now.
