That deputy is well versed in the SovCit language. I'm not surprised. St. Augustine is in the sae county and it seems like Sovs pop up there all the time. It was also home to that weirdo who tried to get liens on the government officials prosecuting Trussell. I forget his name.

I believe "that weirdo" was Joaquin Mariano DeMoreta-Folch. He absconded after being arrested for filing those liens, forfeiting $40k of Gimme Truth's and Roger Dowdell's cash. I haven't looked in a while to see if he got caught (I'm sure he didn't run far) and tried/convicted.

That's him. I couldn't remember the name and did not have time to check.

He was the God grace administrator of an entire grand jury consisting of himself. He was a fascinating minor character in the whole Bundy nonsense.

There is one more in that GJ (Christopher Hopkins). I think he served or is serving time for JDMF's antics. Joaquin was charged in the same case but I don't know the result and it is hard to find on a cell phone.

I did a quick search on Joaquin, Perplexity AI is kinda scary. It lead to a news paper article from December of 22 but unfortunately that paper is one that tries to make it's online content unavailable to non subscribers so this is the best I can do:

Here is another article on the Hopkins and DeMoreta-Folch false liens case.
https://patch.com/florida/bradenton/man ... ls-brodsky

Hopkins is doing time with a release date of August 2029. Looks like he's suing the prosecutor because of course he is.

Nothing on Joaquin. Either he absconded or sold Hopkins down the river.

It looks like Demoreta-Folch has not posted to his dreadful-looking website since October.

I can't find any record showing he has been incarcerated. As I was able to pull up Hopkins, it would stand to reason that Vinelink would have results for Joaquin (Manetee and St. John's are both active in Vinelink). It does not, and neither does Florida corrections.

I cannot find an active or inactive case for him in either county. He may still be on the lam so they have no active case, yet.

The Moors! The Moors! This is our land! I do not consent!
... at any rate, back in February 2024, a judge signed eviction papers, where a group of sovereign citizens had taken over someone else’s land, and when the person who owned the land went and discovered they were squatting on his property, he tried to get him to leave, and they threw out a bunch of sovereign citizen, mumbo-jumbo, claiming that they were owed the land as reparations for their ancestors, well the actual landowner wasn’t just going to let them get away with it so he took it to the courts, and after hearing the case, the sovereign citizens were subpoenaed, they submitted a bunch of sovereign citizen nonsense to the judge who immediately signed the eviction order, and the US marshals were called in to execute the eviction.

Does the landowner have to clean all the trash these trash left behind? I'm thinking it would be a good fire-containment exercise for the local FD.

This pne is a doozy - sovcit tries to pay his rent by drawing on his billion$ trust fund, by returning the monthly bill with some endorement.

Judge Simpson takes his time ptcking the arguments apart.

Why did she allow him to interrupt her and talk over her? She should have told him to shut up when she was speaking.

I love how he thinks he can file a lien against the prosecutor in federal court. Even if he could file a lien, that is an issue for a local court.

Is a quasi-contract betterer than a genuine ersatz contract?

Just asking.
