I accidentally took Communion - for the first time since I was maybe 17 - at my dad's SNF on Monday, when a lay worker from his church showed up with a little Communion kit in a box. But I remembered the drill, and she broke up the wafers so ol' Wifehorn and I each had a piece, and she asked us to take a small sip of the wine, so everyone could have some. My dad read along with the service, and it was quite pleasant despite being WAY out of my lane.

So I'm holier than I was last week, which is nice. :towel:
