He is. In the article it says that he's begging the judge to suspend the incarceration until his appeal. Apparently Bannon got that deal, but it was a different judge. Pete's judge had said no, but he's appealing that to the 3 judge panel.

Savage listing of all the ways his appeal fails. I guess he'll try to take it to the SC, but they're real backed up and can't get to it till probably late April. At least, that was the last date I saw them able to take a case.

It's just 4 months in club fed. If he'd just showed up and said I don't recall or 5th, he wouldn't be here now.

I didn't poke around to find out exactly which facility he's going to, but if it's FCI Miami, I found a few notables.
Released now but a former mayor of Atlanta (tax evasion)
Died there - Lou Perlman. Convicted of ponzi scheme, but he put together boy bands when that was a thing.
A J6er whose been release already
Apparently just moved from there to another facility- the cash for kids judge from PA. Scheduled for release in 2025 after 17 years.
Last but not least: Joel Greenberg! He's Matt Gaetz's buddy. He was a county official, convicted of sex trafficking, wire fraud and identity theft. Scheduled for release in 2030. He and Pete can bond over their maga fandom.

Grift between crime and prison perhaps....?

It's right there in the name:
Make
Attack,
Get
Arrested

Or something.
But the sunshine aye shall light the sky,
As round and round we run;
And the truth shall ever come uppermost,
And justice shall be done.

Idk where he lives, but I hope he saved money buying a non-refundable ticket to Florida. I imagine his tummy isn't feeling well this afternoon. I wonder if ol' Pete expects a visit from his next door neighbor for whom he committed a crime. Certainly MAL isn't that far from this Miami club Fed. turnip could also see Gaetz's buddy Joel Greenberg.

Supreme Court Justice Roberts rejected Peter Navarro’s last-ditch bid to stay out of prison. FCI Miami tomorrow 3/19/24.
