Decades ago, my mother was put in a psychiatric hospital because of her behavior. No one mentioned Alzheimer back then. Finally, she went home with a "rare" problem. I was working to keep my job and finish my college while caring for my mom.

I've been scared for decades that I'll have it. (And I may have it at some time.)

Wow. I got a call today asking me to meet with the Hawaii Alzheimer's Association this week. Freaked me out. I thought my son was worried about me, but not. Son worked for the Association for a few years and 14 years+ for me. And the call was to was to thank me.

Nothing Compares 2U was written (and originally released) by Prince. Several years later, the Sinead O'Connor version made the song famous. Not sure whether Prince's estate has also protested Trump's use of the song.
