Uh... Horus isn't the "only story of a virgin birth" because his story wasn't a story of a Virgin Birth. Seriously. It's so far from being a Virgin Birth its not funny. Isis literally had sex to get pregnant with Horus.

Your "scholars" just fastened onto peoples lack of knowledge and created a false narrative and told people they are smart for believing in it. But, it's just not true. The evidence they cite is a lie.
The other candidate of a Virgin Birth, Mithras? He was born from a Rock, already a young adult.Origin mythology
In one tale, Horus is born to the goddess Isis after she retrieved all the dismembered body parts of her murdered husband Osiris, except his penis, which was thrown into the Nile and eaten by a catfish/Medjed,[14][15] or sometimes depicted as instead by a crab, and according to Plutarch's account used her magic powers to resurrect Osiris and fashion a phallus[16] to conceive her son (older Egyptian accounts have the penis of Osiris surviving).

Statues of Mithras rising from a rock, the first from Romania.Birth from a rock
Mithras is depicted as being born from a rock. He is shown as emerging from a rock, already in his youth, with a dagger in one hand and a torch in the other. He is nude, standing with his legs together, and is wearing a Phrygian cap.[32]
In some variations, he is shown coming out of the rock as a child, and in one holds a globe in one hand; sometimes a thunderbolt is seen. There are also depictions in which flames are shooting from the rock and also from Mithras' cap. One statue had its base perforated so that it could serve as a fountain, and the base of another has the mask of a water god. Sometimes Mithras also has other weapons such as bows and arrows, and there are also animals such as dogs, serpents, dolphins, eagles, other birds, lions, crocodiles, lobsters and snails around. On some reliefs, there is a bearded figure identified as the water god Oceanus, and on some there are the gods of the four winds. In these reliefs, the four elements could be invoked together. Sometimes Victoria, Luna, Sol, and Saturn also seem to play a role. Saturn in particular is often seen handing over the dagger or short sword to Mithras, used later in the tauroctony.[32]
In some depictions, Cautes and Cautopates are also present; sometimes they are depicted as shepherds.[33]
On some occasions, an amphora is seen, and a few instances show variations like an egg birth or a tree birth. Some interpretations show that the birth of Mithras was celebrated by lighting torches or candles

Seems every bit as plausible as the virgin birth story from the Bible to me.6. Bullet Baby
Stories about miracle births have also entered the less hallowed realm of urban legend. One rumor out of the Civil War holds that a stray bullet from the battlefield impregnated a young Virginia woman as she stood on her porch. On it's way to the woman's uterus, the bullet allegedly passed through the scrotum of a soldier, picking up the semen needed to make a baby boy. The debunking website Snopes.com attributes the source of this story to a hoax article written by an "L.G. Capers" in The American Medical Weekly. The story, however, persists and has inspired a "Dear Abby" advice column and an episode on the TV show "House."

Uh huh, it wasn't...
Well, Mithras was "on the List" of Zeitgeist, the movie that started this whole "Jesus never existed" bullshit by holding Mithras up as an example of the many "Virgin Births" that the Romans based the Story of Jesus on in a conspiracy to control the wooooorrrrlllldd via Christianity!!!
And, I'm sorry, when you say there are many examples of Virgin Births, and when put to the test you have to abandon that and widen the criteria to, uh "Miraculous births." That shows you are pretty much clutching at straws. You don't have stories of Virgin Births from other Mythologies. Call me when you find a story of a god causing a miraculous birth via virginity on a Peasant.
The only virgin on your list was Athena, and she didn't get Pregnant or give birth.
Peasents getting impregnated by Gods in myth does not happen any more than a Random spear thrown in the Illiad hits an ordinary soldier. It Hots a Prince of Somewhere. In Mythology people are said to have come from Royal Blood in an attempt to ascribe greatness in their Destiny whether they were actually born of Royalty or not. You don't find Gods sleeping with Ordinary girls. It's nymphs and princesses. A hero coming from a Peasant woman? Not a chance. Hell, Achilles was said to have been born of a Goddess. Mary was said to be of Line of David, but that was because the Messianic Prophecies written 1000 odd years before said she had to be.
The Story of Jesus was NOT made up and based on another myth story, no matter how much you cross your eyes and want it to be. It was very very unique. Sorry. If it had been made up he would have been a powerful warrior, because that's what the Jews wanted, not a teacher said to have miraculous powers.

The main difference between the Middle ages and the Age of the Internet is that back in the Middle ages no-one thought the Earth was flat.

I think its ok. This has been Jacked anyway
Oddly, I saw an interview a while back with a Jewish Scholar who argued that Judas was actually a very heroic figure. Without Judas, Jesus would be just another Rabbi said to have had Miraculous powers who flared up then faded away. In a direct quote, he said "history is replete with them." But Judas caused the sequence of events that had Jesus arrested and killed, and it was this Unique Sacrifice that held Jesus up as something extraordinary and unique. Without the Crucifixion we probably would never have heard of Jesus. Paul, for example, was completely fascinated by the Crucifixion.
So, in a real way, Judas was responsible for Christianity.

It happened again today. Continuing increased amounts of darkness until the next solstice. In December.
