Hola TRL. I think it is mostly times changing. Some of these jails have upgraded cameras and have the lighting right. I can understand why they may appear almost as a 'pro-shot'. But pretty sure it just comes down to they are using new stuff, not 1995 tech.

I think the way the over-expose almost blow out the upper right quadrant of their heads makes them look evil.
