OVERNIGHT: A federal judge (appointed by Donald Trump) dismissed Trump’s lawsuit claiming CNN defamed him by using the phrase “The Big Lie,” which Trump says implicitly compares him to Hitler.

Lawsuit dismissed *with* prejudice.

The real reason he did that was probably to associate him with Hitler. The Phrase "big lie" would actually associate him with Gobbels, and it would enrage Donald to imply he was "just a flunky" rather than the Big Guy.

He has to fight even that implication that he is a loser. Yes, this is insane.

Had he not put it in quotes, I would have suspected autocorrect. It could be either the Joe Green opera or the musical by Elton John and Tim Rice. In either case, Aida was a Nubian/Ethiopian woman which is why he picked it. Probably had trouble finding something for replace Asa.

I seem to remember that of those MaL tapes certain portions were missing when handed over to the investigators on request. Like all those top secret documents were not handed over on first request. The investigators got the missing parts from the backup copies at the security cam provider.

I mean, even if it were necessary -- which it ain't because unlike you, he cooperated -- Joe is covered by other laws because, unlike you, he is actually the President at this time. I've heard speculation to the effect that the government was able to obtain deleted portions of the security tapes from backups, but have never seen any positive statements to that effect.
