Made it onto the June 22 conference. :towel:

Denial to be published June 26.
And the petition for rehearing will be denied on their mid-summer rehearing dump, unless Brunson is slow to file the petition.
What about second petition for rehearing?

We won't know about it because it won't be docketed. The only way we will here about it is in their fundraising pitch, like they did for Raland. You get one petition for rehearing (which is highly disfavored so likely to be dumped). After that, the shipping clerk says. nope.

Yep.

This will all be followed by the cert. petition from the 10th's affirmance of the district court's denial. And then the rehearing petition after that.

Meanwhile, Raland's second suit will have gone up the ladder, so ....

Sorry, that was a Lord of the Rings joke ("We've had one breakfast, yes, but what about second breakfast?"), not meant to be serious commentary.

Ahhh.

But Raland did what you suggested; Poe's law and all that.

Raland Brunson wrote:* Raland J Brunson's Case:

As of June 5, 2023 my Federal Court Judge has received 8,337 letters (thank you for your awesome support!!) from people all over the country telling him to allow Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson to explain, in my lawsuit against them, as to why it was so important that they supported enemies of the Constitution by voting against hearing my case against Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and over 300 members of congress by voting against investigating the allegations that there was interference with the 2020 Presidential Election. Any day now Judge Jared C. Bennett, will be making that decision. Will he honor his Oath of Office by allowing this case to go forward or will I be compelled to appeal it to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals? We shall see.

* Loy Brunson's Case:

The Supreme Court has set a conference date (not a hearing date) but a date for them to discuss the case and vote if it is worthy for an official hearing. In order to have your case be heard by the US Supreme Court you have to get permission from them. You have to file what is called a "petition for writ of certiorari" where the Supremes will decide if they want to hear it or not. This conference date is set for June 22!!!
The soul purpose of my lawsuit against the 3 Supremes is to have either my case, or my brother Loy's case heard. We want a hearing!!!

Yep.

"Hey Judges, just letting you know that I ruled that you are allowed to explain this. Oh, you are not going to bother? That's cool!"

I love the little details buried in the word vomits that show they know that this is bullshit, but they are still legally covering their asses.

In the case of Brunson v Sotomayor (removed to federal court), the Plaintiff respectfully requests the court to get off their butt and make a decision. There is grifting to be done and he needs some decision to push the grift. How dare a judge not follow the grifter schedule.

I may have paraphrased that a bit.
REQUEST TO SUBMIT FOR DECISION ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION

Plaintiff Raland J Brunson ("Brunson") hereby moves this court with His Request To Submit For Decision On Plaintiff's Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Subject Matter-Jurisdiction and states:

This request is made pursuant to DUCivR 7-3
• Plaintiff served their said motion on or about April 19, 2023 (ECF 7).
• Brunson served his opposition on or about May 15, 2023 (ECF 14).
• Plaintiff filed their reply on or about May 30, 2023 (ECF 16).
• Brunson is not aware of any hearing that has been requested.
• This motion is fully briefed and is ready for a decision

Humbly submitted this the 12th day of June, 2023.

Spoiler: You'll be appealing.

There are a fair amount of tweets like this right now.

That SCOTUS is somehow magickally hearing the case today, and will issue its ruling tomorrow.

Sorry, Joe. :smoking:

This has been especially amusing:
Translated from Japanese by Google

The Supreme Court's Branson trial is over.

385 Democrats in Congress, Democratic Side of Judiciary, Other Tops

Convicted and found guilty ‼️
And the Brunson suckers earnestly believed that a rando Japanese account knew more than SCOTUS.

He keeps calling the Utah Federal Judge appointed by Trump as his judge. He filed the case in the state court. it is only with "his" judge because the defendants removed it to federal court.

The only question on the rehearing is whether they get it in early enough to be denied during the mid-summer rehearing dumping or of they will have to wait for the long conference.
