In retrospect, my final line should be “So there.”

He opened the door to this line of discussion, Your Honors, when he started prattling on about his stupid “ideas”.added offtopic because we're getting pretty close triggering a greenie

I understand the frustration. The wheels of justice turn very slowly. New crimes are likely being uncovered as the investigations continue. I believe there will be an avalanche of cases against him and they all will be air tight. And if he dies first, so be it. At least the rest of the world will know exactly what he did.
My frustration is lessening by the day. Only because we are in the middle of a civil and legal case right now and I am gaining a better understanding of what goes on. It still chaps my ass how slow things move but at least I know why. (We just filed an amended claim today for an additional $60,000 we didn't find until Sunday morning. That adds another 30 days to their response time.)poplove wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 7:22 pmI understand the frustration. The wheels of justice turn very slowly. The LIV Golf tour and its event venue have come under fire after video surfaced online of landscapers cutting down two cactuses in Arizona to make room for an upcoming tournament’s hospitality tents, news outlets reported. Witness Jerry Parker took video on Feb. 7 of landscapers preparing The Gallery Golf Club in Marana for a LIV Golf event March 17-19, according to Tucson.com. The video shows men breaking down the saguaro cactuses with a chainsaw and using a pitchfork to dispose of the pieces. McClatchy News reached out to The Gallery Golf Club on March 7 and was awaiting a response.
Saguaro cactuses can grow to be about 50 feet tall and have a life span between 150 and 175 years, according to the National Park Service. The plant is protected by the Native Plant Protection Act, according to the National Park Service. Anyone who wants to remove the plant must get permission “granted by the landowner and a permit must be obtained from the Arizona Department of Agriculture.”
I never lived there, but spent enough time in the state after my folks retired. Big effing deal. Can someone get Kari Lake to respond?
My sister lived in Marana for a while. The place is a shithole. Once upon a time it grew lots of cotton. Now it just grows lots of dust as far as I can see.
