Boring. :bored:

Motion to Dismiss, honestly. Is that boring or what?

Let's do something new.

Trial by YouTube, and the entire freakin' world gets to vote, and if you clear your cache and cookies you can vote multiple times, and they each get 3 YouTubes.

No pulling hair, no fingernail scratching, no punches below the belt (I don't care how short that little runt Lake is and I would never mention it, because that would be discrimination). Both contestants have to pass drug tests and sanity tests (sorry, Kari).

Bribes are allowed, but they must be worldwide, minimum €5 paid to each voter.

No sneaky subliminal suggestions, no space alien tech.

No dancing. :fingerwag:

The other rules will come to me, further on down the road.
Edit: And Kari Lake will still lose (it can be arranged 8-)), but with millions more votes than just boring old Arizona.
The more I learn about this planet, the more improbable it all seems. :confuzzled:

That is a dangerous suggestion. Kari Lake without soft focus. Shiver!

I don’t fault her for using the soft focus or using apps that smooth her skin to make her look younger. There is an unfair bias against women aging (versus men) that is just a real thing.

Her being a threat to democracy is a different concern.

I think Lake's side was due to file a reply yesterday but I haven’t seen anything other than a Tweet from Marc Elias that he had started to read it. No link was included.

Having spent decades in television news, this is an area where Lake actually has unique expertise.

The hearing in Lake v Hobbs is over. It ran over an hour. I only heard the attorneys speak. I did not hear the judge ask either side any questions. The lady attorney for Hobbs was good and pointed out that Lake's pleadings really do not show where a single fraudulent vote was cast or that anyone who wanted to vote could not vote. The judge said he would rule as soon as he could.

I don't think the archive audio is up yet but it should show here: (Just search for Hobbs.)

The graphic is a little confuzzling. :confuzzled:

I'm getting the message "One bird, one cactus, one star, one ... something." Probably one Kari.

She said her pronouns are "I/won". Which is exactly what she claims trans people do, use pronouns that don't reflect reality.

But let's be honest, Herschel Walker is no fun at all.

He's not claiming he really won and telling us all to live in mailboxes. He quit, is where he's at.

So Lake is it for whackjob loony toons living-in-an-alternate-reality election deniers.

Kind of sad, but you make mock of the morons you have, not the morons you wish you had. Didn't Rummy say that?

Yes, there is an unfair bias against women when it comes to aging. However, I don't think we combat it by humoring the ageists. Fuck 'em. I'm one helluva a old force to be reckoned with and I don't give a damn if so and so doesn't like my wrinkles or my gray hair. I ain't competing for Miss America.

And of course danraft is right. Criticism is a fine line to navigate.

She was a very successful anchor for two decades before she went down the rabbit hole.
