Yes, but Lori, the lady counter-protestor claimed they (prior to deputies showing up) the 1776ers were impeding traffic (recall "Big D" went to jail for a charge of that and is awaiting trial)
Dunno if it is true or not. Amazing how civil people act when the po-po show up.

As I gleaned from my binge viewing of 1A auditors, impeding traffic is interpreted very narrow, one needs to be in the path of an actual vehicle (on a road) or an actual pedestrian on the sidewalk. Just standing where potential traffic could pass is not impeding.

If he was in the road and caused a vehicle to stop as to not hit him --- he's a piece of shit. 1A my ass.RTH10260 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 1:41 pm As I gleaned from my binge viewing of 1A auditors, impeding traffic is interpreted very narrow, one needs to be in the path of an actual vehicle (on a road) or an actual pedestrian on the sidewalk. EVICTED
According to police, 1776 is being kicked off their current camp location on Sept 1.

Which camp? Bunker Hill or that county camp where Santa went?
ETA: sorry for the laziness on videos, but they take longer than reading which is an issue when time is short, and I really am not into that video thing for this type of information. I like to read it.

VOLUME WARNING.
Re: American Peoples Convoy Protest
Yeah, they are back at Bunker Hill, WV base-camp and not in the woods. I guess they planned a Constitution 101 class for earlier today but I do not know if if was streamed by anyone.northland10 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 1:48 pm Which camp? Bunker Hill or that county camp where Santa went?

Bunker Hill. The landlord was spotted on the property late last week.northland10 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 1:48 pm Which camp? Bunker Hill or that county camp where Santa went?

No worries about skipping the videos.
Edit: The landlord was at the property yesterday, too.

I am always running behind on Fogbow and it has gotten worse this month with more day job work and a bunch of practicing for both my church and my upcoming aunt's burial service. I read faster than watch.
And thanks.

Nope. No one showed up for yesterday's class. Those few who did sat for 2 hours waiting for class to start because of tech problems.neonzx wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 1:59 pmYeah, they are back at Bunker Hill, WV base-camp and not in the woods. Instead of class, the 1776 has been counterprotesting the counterprotesters.
Of course, police were called. Basically, nearly every cop in the county showed up using lights and sirens because someone online called about the confrontation.
One of the counterprotesters of 1776 is likely filing charges against a 17776 member. He bumped her with his megaphone when 1776 surrounded her. She said the bump didn't hurt, but the megaphones just inches from her face really hurt her ears. 1776 was using sirens right next to her head.
I'm still catching up on the assault claims and will share more info soon.

Re: American Peoples Convoy Protest
For several days, 1776 has been throwing rocks at counterprotesters.
Today a police officer explained to Lori Arnold that, even if an object doesn't hit you, throwing rocks at you is assault in WV.
I fully expect one of the counterprotesters to file charges for rock throwing. That hasn't been mentioned yet, but now that counterprotesters know that it's assault even if they aren't hit, I'll be shocked if no one files charges over rock throwing. Rocks are thrown every day/night. They'll be thrown today or tonight. Unless 1776 listens to Lori's livestream.
Frankly, counterprotesters don't need to wait for rocks to be thrown again. Previous incidents are probably on video. If rock throwing happened of the WV side of the state line, the counterprotesters can file charges.

Re: American Peoples Convoy Protest
Santa was in rare form today. He went batshit. This video is long, but worth watching if you have time and are following this daily.
Santa rants about those who support the group. He's furious with supporters for not believing everything he says and no longer supporting him without question.
Santa's rant is quite revealing. It's amazing.
Edit: I forgot to post the video!
I put the video of Santa ranting in the following comment. It's approximately 2 minutes shorter than Lazy Gamer's recap.
