This is a big fucking deal. If members if 1776 sleep in their vehicle, their vehicle may be towed. If they move their vehicles, they'll lose a bunch of their group parking.

So... they are going back to a civil disobedience plan. This one is more in-line with civil disobedience than shutting down highways was -- they were not protesting rules of the road. Here, they are protesting the Nation Park Service rules of the turf on The Mall. BUT, Santa is planning an out saying they will move to a different area on the grass each day -- and that will make it all OK.

Bunch of whiny asses can't be comfortable on the gravel. I really do hope some of them get towed while they are sleeping in their vehicles.
