After the rally, Ayres was angry and "worked up."

did you think there was stil a chance the election would be overturned?

a: Yes I did, ....Pence wasn't going to certify the election.

On the march, they kept hearing about a "big reveal."

He thought trump "would be there with us."

He left after the late trump tweet about going home. If trump had tweeted that around 1:30, he would have left then.

the OK former spox thinks the OKs were attracted to trump bc he would give them paramilitary legitimacy.

OK spox was taxed with creating a deck of cards, based on the Iraq deck of cards. The OK's would include various politicians and judges with Hillary as the Queen of Hearts. He refused.

He fears for the next election and feels we've been very lucky it hasn't been worse. He mentions Bundy Ranch.

Back to Ayres, what caused you to finally leave?
4:17 tweet telling people to go home. Did that affect you.

A: As soon as it came out, everyone was talking about it. People started to disperse. He left when trump finally told them to leave.

He's not affiliated with any group but he had no problem following OKs or PBs. He thought it was "good" they were on the same team.

His reflections on his role on J6.

He lost his job. Since this all happened, he sold house. Everything that happened with charges, a lot were dismissed but he was there. It changed his life and not for the good. Not for the better.

trump is still promoting big lie. How does it make you feel?

A: it makes me mad. I was hanging on every word he said.

what lessons do you want Americans to learn?

A: The biggest thing is I consider myself a family man who loves his country. I dont think any one man is bigger than either of those. ...I felt like I had horse blinders on, locked in the whole time. Take the blinders off and step back, before it's too late.

(i think the judge will be pleased with his testimony).

I think they're about to wrap up. witnesses are done.

He exemplifies his "type" though.
  • He came because tfg told him to
  • He knew the election was stolen because tfg told him so
  • He would have felt different, had he known that tfg had no evidence
  • He marched on the Capitol because tfg told him to
  • He went home because tfg (eventually) told him to
Poor guy lost his job. And home. Sucker.

One injured police officer, Gonnell (sp?, in attendance) was injured so badly he cannot continue as an officer, shoulder and foot permanent damage after being beaten by trump's suckers.

Did I hear him say next hearing was next week? So no Thursday?

Did Ayers get jail time? Or do we know yet?

he's stuck between pleading guilty and being sentenced, which was good for the committee. He couldn't go rogue with the judge watching.

That said, I feel he was sincere.

Great close by Murphy.

AND THEY STILL BELIEVE HIM.

Next week's hearing will have more from Cipollone.

Walk through J6 minute by minute at next hearing.

Someone who is to testify was contacted by trump, or a trumper, but instead of talking to them, they contacted their atty who contacted LE.

Cheney is turning into Columbo, "Just one more thing. Oh yeah, we have direct evidence of witness tampering this week by tfg. Just sayin'."

No Thursday this week for now. Sgt. Gonell wrote an op ed for I think WAPO last weekend. He and other officers from that day are seriously ticked off at Trump sending *protesters* known to be armed and blindsided them.

Boy, Cheney knows how to drop a salvo.

ALERT: Rep Cheney says Trump tried to call a committee witness. Witness didn’t take call. Witness called lawyer Instead. Committee has submitted that info to Dept of Justice

I hope that he instead strokes out and we never know.

But he'll be going after Cipollone, Hershmann, or someone else talking shit from inside his circle. Bet.

This is where the "Eastman Theory" was first floated, after all the court cases went down the loo.

(I'm not able to pay as close attention as I should, so corrections welcomed)

Cipollone showed up for the meeting but ultimately decided, for executive privilege reasons, not to stay.
