Sure he can survive, if he refuses to resign.
Technically the Queen could fire him, I suppose, but it would be a "Constitutional Crises" if she did.

You can rely on Boris to “get on with the job” until such time as it becomes impossible to bluster his way out. It’s very much down to the Conservative MPs and the 1922 Committee now.

LONDON, July 6 (Reuters) - Three more British lawmakers on Wednesday joined a growing tally of resignations from Prime Minister Boris Johnson's government in protest at his leadership.

They've literally had to cancel committee hearings tomorrow because they lack ministers to participate, I'm told.

Supermarket security tags on cheese and Lurpak as cost of living sees shoplifting soar
Major supermarkets have resorted to fitting anti-theft devices on certain food products as Brits have had to resort to stealing items to tackle the rising cost of groceries

Supermarkets have been forced to put security tags on foods like cheese and Lurpak as shoppers have been driven to shoplift by the cost of living crisis.
Households will see their yearly food shopping bills hiked by £380 this year due to the soaring price of groceries.
Figures from analysts Kantar show that grocery price inflation jumped to 8.3% over the four weeks to June 12.
That is an increase on 7% in May, and the highest level since April 2009.
The rising cost of food, combined with increases in energy bills, petrol and the general cost of living, has led supermarkets to add more anti-theft devices to food.

Boris Johnson sacks Michael Gove as he defies Cabinet calls to quit
A No.10 Downing Street official confirms that the leveling-up secretary and leading Brexiteer has been dismissed.

LONDON — Boris Johnson fired one of his most senior ministers, Michael Gove, as he brushed off calls from inside his own Cabinet to resign.
A No.10 Downing Street official confirmed that the leveling-up secretary, seen as a key policy mind in Johnson’s government, had been dismissed.
It came on a day of high drama that has gripped Westminster and rocked Johnson’s administration. The prime minister has been hit by a wave of senior resignations and mounting calls from top government figures for him to quit amid anger at his governing style and response to a set of scandals.

https://www.reuters.com/world/uk/uks-jo ... 022-07-07/Boris Johnson is expected to resign as prime minister today
LONDON, July 7 (Reuters) - Boris Johnson will announce his resignation as British Prime Minister on Thursday, the BBC reported, after being abandoned by newly-appointed ministers and more than 50 others in a rebellion that had left government dangerously close to paralysis.
With eight ministers, including two secretaries of state, resigning in the last two hours, an isolated and powerless Johnson was set to bow to the inevitable and declare his was stepping down later, media reports said.
"Boris Johnson will resign as Conservative Party leader today," the BBC's political editor Chris Mason said.
After days of battling for his job, Johnson had been abandoned by all but a handful of allies. It was far cry from when Johnson, 58, rose to power in 2019 when he won a large majority, capturing votes in parts of Britain that had never supported his Conservative Party before.
Even his finance minister, Nadhim Zahawi, who was only appointed to his post on Wednesday, had called on his boss to resign.
"This is not sustainable and it will only get worse: for you, for the Conservative Party and most importantly of all the country," he said on Twitter. "You must do the right thing and go now."

Anyone know about her?Surprising Fact
It's legal to bet on politics in the U.K., and oddsmakers are listing the likes of Penny Mordaunt, the Minister of State for Trade Policy, along with Rishi Sunak and Sajid Javid, two top Johnson cabinet members who abruptly resigned Tuesday, among the favorites to succeed Johnson. Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Jeremy Hunt, whom Johnson defeated in the 2019 leadership election, are also considered contenders.

Not sure if I can think of a Conservative MP I would like to see as PM but I know of quite a few that, minus the obvious pathetic lying, will be worse than Boris. Anyway, it’s over and I’m sure the party will coalesce behind the message that it’s “time to move on”. /s The backstabbing and plotting should be fun to watch.

I was actually giving pretty good odds he would try to stick around and would refuse to resign.
Hell I'm pretty much assuming he will try for the Conservative leadership again. He is such a desperate fuck up.
Odds on Jaco Rees-Mogg getting the nod? I'm actually half serious...
