It was articles like this and stuff posted about HATJ (including the Facebook response listing the court as Eastern District of Tennessee) that lead me to believe that the type of email is legit, despite it's really spammy tone.

https://www.citylab.com/equity/2017/02/ ... es/515517/

https://i-uv.com/facebook-law-enforceme ... m-to-hatj/

IMO, the spammy tone may be intentional as they hope recipients ignore the message.

Gav could still be faking it.

If Gavvy's faking it, I don't see the sense in it. That would mean his desire to be a victim and justify his cowardly flight to Mexico would overrule any sensible desire to have his Facebook page and Youtube channel known as safe places for poots to visit and gather.

But on the other hand so much of Gavin's ego and self-image is wrapped up in the fantasy that the powers that be tremble at his very word. He's gone so far as to concoct a conspiracy by the police back home to have him framed for drug charges. He's had a few other "they're out to get me' fantasies in the last two years.

The idea that the FBI is monitoring his web activity fits right in with his hero/victim fantasy.

And maybe the poots Gavvy caters to like the idea that they're tweaking the noses of the FBI every time they post on his Facebook page and say something nasty about the feds?

In truth it looks like as much as 10% of the population has taken to streets to resist extraditions into China's kangaroo courts. The USA meanwhile cheers it's kangaroo courts and the resistance is more like 3% of 3% of 3% (that's .000027% for you #faketriot flag wavers ;)

The pledge is not a symbol of freedom. It was actually written by a socialist then introduced as state propaganda in the 50s. In practice it represents allegiance to the state and those ruling it. Today’s USA is similar to Nazism and if you study our founders and history this reality becomes clear. But then, tyrants and nationalists hate learning from history.

Christian socialism is a form of religious socialism based on the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. I subscribe to the topics that I find interesting. Sometimes I unsubscribe when they become boring to me or just too full of stuff I don't have the time to read. Periodically I scroll through the Active Topics to see if there is something new. There are lots of threads I don't at all. Climate Change is a subject that I have a great deal of interest in, but I simply can't take recent developments and just cannot read anything on this subject at all anymore. It's just too depressing at this point.

You can go to User Control Panel/Board Preferences/Edit Display Options and hide all pictures. Would affect all threads, though, not just this one.

Some weeks back Gav's Alchemist ad popped up on my facebook feed. I left a comment saying to stop making his long suffering wife look like a Kitten just out of the bath, and to hire someone that can actually take a photo.

I don't know which pissed him off more - the fact that was apparently the only comment left on his shitty ad, or that I didn't rush over here to crow about how I "owned" his unimportant ass. Sorry, you just are not that important or interesting, Gavout.

I'll do my Christian duty now by urging Gavin, who we know is reading every word posted here, to seek the services of a trained mental health professional.

and it can be entertaining to watch some people descend into madness -- cra-cra stuff. Like we do with Orly. But even with Orly, we knew the boundaries. And she never used her children -- she didn't use them as props. Orly's kids are now mid/late 20s. I'm sure they know their mom is a bit nuts and I hope they are OK.

But Gavin's kids do not know what their father is. And he uses them as props.

Yeah, that'll work.
Don't be so certain.

The somewhat credible rumor floating round months ago was that Gavin had been taking medication for some undisclosed mental health issue. This means he and/or his family realized he needed help and got him to a mental health professional. Since there is no drug used to directly treat oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), which I suspect is Gavin's mental health issue, it's possible Gavin was being medicated for conditions, like ADHD, impulsivity or irritability, frequently associated with ODD.

Since psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy are usually used to help the ODD sufferer develop effective coping, problem-solving skills and ways to express and control anger it's possible that Gavin was treated by a psychotherapist who broached the subject of his "problem".

It had to be tough for Gavvy. Yet another reason to run to Mexico?

I agree - since one was a tow truck.. Seim is a delusional lying drama douche.

I agree with our legislators tht Driving (travelling) on a public road is sufficient probable cause for a:
RBT - random breath test
MDT - mobile drug test
RMS Safety Check - Roads & Maritime Service (random and way stations)
Mobile & Fixed speed camera's
Trip Speed Camera's (Heavy vehicles only at present)
etc

I'm happy to be stopped at any of these and thankful that they exist to reduce harm.
